The regular rate is CAD $32.99 a month, following a first-year annual-billing offer of CAD $30 a month. That introductory year totals CAD $360. The purchase covers one WordPress site and includes SSL installation and configuration, manual WordPress, theme and plugin updates, and a backup before every update. Ten email boxes with 1 GB each are included in the package, alongside weekly backups and free site migration.
The cPanel reseller package starts at CAD $22.24 a month, compared with its standard CAD $31.24 rate. The Core.NET Plesk reseller package starts at CAD $60.24 against a standard CAD $70.24. The cPanel starting package buys five hosting accounts and 30 GB of disk space; additional resources can be selected as the account grows. Plesk also starts with 30 GB of disk space and includes SQL storage in its package.

The refund covers hosting fees, excluding separately purchased domains, SSL certificates, email hosting and add-ons. Technician work, including migration, is deducted. Requests go through the client area. Refunds generally become account credit; money refunds use the original payment method, with cheque or cash payments refunded by cheque.

Cancellation takes effect at the current term's end. Charged renewals are normally non-refundable, subject to applicable refund and legal rights.
