Service prices and payment procedures can change only by agreement between the parties. Bacloud must give at least 30 calendar days' notice of a change. Your service order forms part of the agreement, alongside its amendments and supplements. Payment is due from the start of full service implementation. Domain registration, transfer, renewal and restoration are separately ordered services, with their service-period prices specified on the corresponding invoice.
Give written notice at least 30 calendar days before expiry to prevent the agreement becoming indefinite. Cancellation requests can be submitted through the customer account or by email from the address recorded in the service order. Ending the agreement before its committed service period finishes requires compensation for losses, including discounts, and any contractual penalties. Cancelling services under one order leaves services under your other orders valid.

Newly registered customers buying their first service qualify. When that initial order contains several services, each eligible service in the order receives the guarantee. Submit a refund request through a client-area support ticket within 30 days of ordering, identifying the service ID or server IP address.
