Be.Live accepts credit or debit cards, PayPal, and Amazon Pay in selected regions. FastSpring handles the payment form for paid plans and displays the amount due. You can adjust the payment language, location, and currency before choosing a payment method and completing the required information. Press Pay to submit the order, and the confirmation arrives at the email address you supplied. After purchase, FastSpring also provides access to transactions, subscriptions, and invoices. To update the payment method later, open Subscriptions, select your Be.Live subscription, and follow Manage, then Update payment method.
Be.Live includes Full HD streaming in Pro and Growth. Full HD is 1080p in a 16:9 widescreen format, so that plan benefit matters when selecting an offer for higher-resolution broadcasts. Amazon Live streams are reduced to HD at 720p because that destination does not support Full HD. Be.Live recommends a Full HD camera and an upload speed of at least 6 Mbps for Full HD streaming. After purchasing the appropriate plan, open Stream settings in the studio's left panel beneath Branding and select Full-HD quality from the dropdown. HD at 720p is another available setting. Your selected resolution remains active until you change it, rather than resetting before every broadcast.
Be.Live offers offline recording for capturing a broadcast without going live. You can include a camera, screen share, guests, or a photo as sources for the recording. In the studio, open Set Destination, select Offline Recording, add a description, and press Save. Add the sources to staging, then move each required source into the broadcasting section with Show in Stream. Record starts the recording, and the same button stops it. Processing can take several hours depending on the broadcast's length, with an email sent when the file is ready to download. The video download uses MP4 format; Download Audio is the button for saving only the recording's audio.
Be.Live keeps downloadable recordings for 30 days on Starter, 60 days on Pro, and 90 days on Growth. Those storage windows matter when selecting a paid plan through the offers on this page. Download access is available during the trial and on paid subscriptions. To retrieve a recording, click your profile photo in the studio, open My Streams, locate the broadcast, and select Download Video. The video is saved in MP4 format, with HD or Full HD downloads depending on the broadcast resolution. Download Audio saves the audio separately for uses such as podcasts. For a Starter purchase, the concrete download deadline is 30 days, so save recordings within that window.
Be.Live accepts promo codes in the payment form after you select a plan. The offers on this page belong in that purchase flow, rather than in the broadcasting studio. On the pricing page, select your plan, open Enter Promotional Code, enter the code, and press Apply. Complete the payment form after applying the promotion, then press Pay to submit the purchase. Be.Live removes its watermark when you upgrade to Starter, Pro, or Growth. Watermark removal is a paid-plan benefit, so the relevant choice is the plan purchased through the offers on this page. Be.Live also lets you replace its logo with your own artwork and personalize overlays, themes, and backgrounds. In the studio, open Branding from the toolbar to reach those customization options. A custom logo can be a PNG, JPG, or GIF file, including an animated logo. Only one logo can appear at a time, and its position is fixed in the upper-right corner. Prepare a 150-by-150 logo file no larger than 15 MB for the upload.
Be.Live supports simultaneous streaming, with the destination allowance depending on your plan. Supported destinations include Amazon, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and services accepting custom RTMP output. Be.Live permits only one YouTube channel at a time, so multiple YouTube channels cannot be simultaneous destinations for the same broadcast. In the studio, open Set Destination, select the first platform, and add the broadcast title and description. The plus button adds another destination; Save stores the configuration. Facebook groups, Instagram, TikTok, and custom RTMP destinations also require you to start the broadcast manually on those platforms after starting it in Be.Live. The plus button is the control for adding another destination to your purchased plan's broadcast.
Be.Live lets guests join your broadcast through a guest link. Guests can enter their name or sign in with Facebook or Google, and they can join before or during the broadcast. In the studio, open Guest and select the Copy Link icon to obtain the invitation. Once a guest appears in the staging area, Show in Stream moves their camera into the broadcast. Guests can also join from iOS or Android devices, so a desktop account is not their only route. Manual guest approval is available in the broadcast settings and displays an Approve/Reject prompt. Create New Link replaces the invitation and prevents guests from joining through the old link.
Be.Live gives new users a 14-day trial before they commit to a paid subscription. You can upgrade to a paid plan during the trial or after it ends. Starting the trial requires no credit card, and its end does not trigger a subscription charge. The account moves automatically to the free plan at no cost, so you do not need to cancel the trial to prevent payment. Paid subscriptions are a separate purchase, with payment available through PayPal, credit or debit card, or Amazon Pay in supported regions. To begin the trial, select Start Free Trial beneath the plan you want to explore and set up your Be.Live account.
Be.Live allows a full refund within its cooling-off period if you have not used the paid subscription. That period ends on the 14th full day after Be.Live accepts your order. Logging in or otherwise using the service under the paid subscription removes eligibility for this refund. Outside that exception, paid subscription fees are nonrefundable, including partial subscription periods. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the relevant paid period, with access continuing for the remainder of that month or year.
