Managed WordPress hosting, optional website edits and BionicWP discounts.

Savings opportunities available through BionicWP coupon codes

BionicWP sells managed WordPress hosting, and the offers on this page help you pay less. Lite starts at $11.90 a month per site. Agencies can request volume discounts rather than paying the standard per-site price.

Eligible products and services

Service categories frequently on promotion

Three hosting plans. Lite, Secure and Speed & Secure are the main options for a BionicWP hosting deal. Free migration is included with every plan, so moving an existing website does not add a migration fee.

Services usually excluded from promo codes

New clients only. The free White Label Inbox Management promotion is restricted to new clients in October. Existing clients fall outside that offer’s stated eligibility.

Factors influencing the final discount value

Impact of billing cycle on promotional price

Monthly billing. Launching a website starts a monthly subscription for its selected plan. Hosting is offered without contracts.

Promo codes vs. automatically applied offers

An add-on promotion. White Label Inbox Management carries a free new-client offer rather than its standard $150 monthly price per 300 sites. This is a specific add-on offer, separate from the hosting plan prices.

BionicWP Discount FAQs

Secure costs $18.90 a month per site. That price includes the Lite service plus two additional backup systems with retention of up to 90 days. Daily malware scanning, weekly theme and plugin updates with visual regression testing, and white label reports are included in this tier. Unlimited Edits is a separately priced add-on across the hosting plans, rather than part of the Secure subscription.
Speed & Secure costs $25.90 a month per site. It includes the Secure tier and adds Bionic Speed with a target PageSpeed score of 90 or higher. Speed monitoring and management, visual regression testing, and deep-level BionicWP speed support are included in this price. The speed-focused service is part of the hosting subscription, while White Label Inbox Management is listed separately as an optional add-on.
Unlimited Edits costs $39 a month per site. The fixed subscription covers small website changes without hourly tracking or per-task billing. Included work covers supplied text updates, image replacements, uploading blog posts, basic form adjustments and plugin configuration. Custom plugin or theme development, full redesigns, advanced SEO work and complex integrations fall outside the service. Major development projects need separate scope and billing rather than the edits subscription.
Renewals use the then-current subscription price. Purchasing an auto-renewing subscription authorizes BionicWP to charge your designated payment method at the start of each renewal period until you cancel. A price change takes effect for an existing subscription at its next renewal cycle, rather than during the current paid period. Monthly invoices are available in the customer dashboard, and billing errors can qualify for adjustments covering a maximum of the last two billing cycles.
Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. The account’s Billing section shows the billing day and upcoming projected invoice, including its total and the sites contributing to it. Invoice history also lets you review earlier charges. Missing the cancellation deadline triggers payment for the next period, and that renewal charge remains non-refundable even when the service is unused. Either you or BionicWP can terminate the service agreement.
Payments are final and non-refundable under BionicWP’s purchase terms. This covers monthly and annual subscription fees, one-time service fees, overages and additional usage charges. Ending the service does not create a refund for a prepaid subscription, unused service or a partial billing period. The same rule applies whether termination comes from you or BionicWP. Billing disputes require an attempt to resolve the issue with BionicWP before initiating a chargeback.
Extra storage and SMTP email usage can increase the bill. Each site includes 5 GB shared between its live and staging environments, with additional storage charged at $2 per GB in 1 GB increments. The included SMTP allowance is 1,000 emails; additional email costs $5 per 1,000 emails, billed in increments of 100. Overages are calculated at the end of the billing cycle. Bandwidth and visitor overages carry no charge at present.
Add your payment details in the BionicWP account’s Billing section. Open Add Payment Method, enter the details and select Save; the saved method becomes available for subscriptions, site launches and other applicable account charges. On the billing day, BionicWP charges the primary card for the invoice total. If that payment fails, it immediately attempts a secondary card when one is on file. Paid services require payment before activation.
Yes. Try Before You Buy lets you request a migration of your existing site without a purchase commitment. The request form needs your name and email address, plus site access through either a downloadable backup link or WordPress login credentials. It also asks how many sites you manage and how you heard about BionicWP. The team reviews the submitted request and contacts you before proceeding with the migration.
No. A website launched partway through the account’s billing cycle is prorated for the remaining days until the shared billing date. For example, an account billed on the 10th with a new site launched on the 20th pays for that site’s remaining period until the next 10th. All active sites appear on one monthly invoice. A site’s launch invoice starts with its base plan charge; subsequent invoices include any applicable overages.
