Create custom books online and order hardcover or softcover printed copies.
Savings opportunities available through Bookemon coupon codes
Bookemon offers savings on custom printed books through first-order promotions, volume purchases, and educator membership. New members can get 20% off their first purchase of their own authored print books within 10 days of signing up. Returning customers can find a 15% next-order coupon in their email. Quantity discounts apply to individual titles, with larger orders reaching higher discount bands. Eligible educators receive an automatic reduction on qualifying books. Free online creation tools and templates let you prepare a book before ordering printed copies, with no minimum order quantity.
Eligible products and services
Service categories frequently on promotion
Bookemon's print selection includes black and white books, color trade books, standard photo books, and premium photo books. Hardcover and softcover formats have different starting amounts, and page count, binding, and selected options affect the base used for a discount. The lowest listed starting price is $7.27 for a 24-page black and white softcover book measuring 5.5 by 8.5 inches. Volume savings are calculated per book title rather than across unrelated titles. The hardcover photo book promotion requires matching product eligibility and enough copies within a single order.
Services usually excluded from promo codes
Shipping and taxes are excluded from Bookemon's first-order promotion, which also cannot be combined with other offers. The educator reduction covers your own books and books created within an edCenter you belong to or founded. Books by other members fall outside that educator benefit unless those creators belong to the same edCenter. The hardcover photo book promotion does not work with educator or Gold member discounts. Its product restriction matters: the offer concerns hardcover photo books, rather than every print format. Separate shipment choices and applicable tax still affect the amount paid.
Factors influencing the final discount value
Impact of billing cycle on promotional price
Bookemon's Gold membership is billed annually, while printed books are purchased through a cart with quantities and shipment choices. Gold provides 10% off your own authored books and free US Ground shipping when ordering 2 or more copies. The membership contract period appears on your myBookemon page, and renewal can be made as needed. Membership fees can vary with the terms offered. Cancelling Gold requires an email request to support. A full membership refund depends on having made no eligible purchases or used Gold benefits since the latest membership charge.
Promo codes vs. automatically applied offers
Bookemon applies qualifying educator discounts automatically during checkout, while its volume promotion requires entering a promo code. The first-order promotion is limited to one use per customer and cannot accompany another offer. Educator savings include 10% off eligible printed books, plus separate discounts for Creative Author Press packages. Package quantity determines that reduction: 20% off for 1â4 packages and 40% off for 5 or more. Gold also provides a member reduction for your own authored books. The hardcover photo book promotion expressly excludes combining with those educator and Gold benefits.
Accessing active codes for Bookemon

Enter the relevant promotion from the offers on this page and select âApply Discountâ to recalculate the total. The cart displays item prices, âSubtotal,â and âOrder Total.â Checkout then collects a shipping address and shipment method. Enter your Bookemon promotion in the cart's âDiscount code:â field and select âApply Discountâ to recalculate the total. The box appears under âEnter Coupon Information,â ahead of âProceed to checkout.â Your cart lists the book description, quantity, list price, your price, and total price, followed by âSubtotalâ and âOrder Total.â To change the number of copies, revise the quantity and use âUpdateâ so the change takes effect. You can add more titles before continuing to the shipping steps. Volume eligibility is assessed for each individual title, so the quantity beside that book matters when applying the offers on this page.
Bookemon promotions have customer, product, and combination conditions that can make a purchase ineligible for the selected discount. The new-member promotion applies to your first purchase of your own authored print books within 10 days of signing up. It is limited to one use per customer and cannot combine with other offers. The hardcover photo book promotion needs at least 2 copies in the same order and cannot accompany educator or Gold member savings. In the cart, quantities take effect after âUpdate,â and entering a promotion requires âApply Discount.â For the volume offer, count copies of the same title because eligibility is determined separately for each book.
Yes, returning Bookemon customers can find a coupon for 15% off their next order in their email. That returning-customer route differs from the first-purchase promotion, which is reserved for new members buying their own authored print books within the signup window. An existing customer's volume purchase can also qualify by the number of copies of each individual title. The cart accepts a promotion through âDiscount code:â and recalculates the amount when âApply Discountâ is selected. Shipping choices come later in checkout and affect the purchase total. The concrete next-order saving to look for in your Bookemon email is the returning-customer coupon.
No, Bookemon's first-order promotion cannot be combined with other offers, including an educator discount. The introductory promotion is for new members' first purchase of their own authored print books within 10 days of signup. Educator pricing follows separate eligibility rules and appears automatically during checkout without another action. It covers books you authored and books created within an edCenter where you are a member or founder. Other members' books do not qualify unless their creators belong to that same edCenter. The educator program also has separate Creative Author Press package reductions. For an educator purchase, the book's authorship and edCenter membership determine whether the automatic benefit applies.
Bookemon's volume discount applies to copies of each individual book title, with separate quantity bands for eligible print purchases. Photo Book and Trade Book orders receive 10% off at 10â29 copies, 15% off at 30â49 copies, and 20% off at 50 or more copies. These are per-title quantities, so adding different books does not turn their combined count into one title's volume. The discount requires entering the relevant promotion during checkout. The calculator lets you choose âBook Format,â âNumber of Pages,â and âNumber of Booksâ before calculating. In the shopping cart, changing a title's quantity requires âUpdateâ before its new count takes effect.
Yes, qualifying Bookemon educator members receive discounts, including members affiliated with an approved educational institution or nonprofit organization. Joining the educator program is free for eligible applicants and requires a valid email address and an organization recorded in the program database. The registration path uses âJoin Educator Program,â followed by your position and school or organization selection. The book reduction is 10% for your own books or qualifying books created within your edCenter. It applies automatically at checkout. Books from unrelated members are excluded from that benefit. Selecting your approved organization during educator registration establishes the membership used for qualifying checkout purchases.
Bookemon's custom printed books cannot be returned for refunds, and book orders cannot be cancelled once processed. Every ordered book is produced specifically for that order, so the print policy governs a discounted purchase too. Production defects and shipping damage follow a replacement process rather than a cash refund. Problems must be reported to support within 21 days of receiving the books, with photos showing the defect or damage. Confirmed production problems or carrier damage lead to a replacement order at no charge. Book creators have Print Preview and Print Proof files available before approval, making inspection during publishing the step that protects the final printed result.
Bookemon accepts credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for book purchases. United States schools also have a purchase-order route and may mail a check after submitting a purchase order. Promotion entry happens in the shopping cart before proceeding to the checkout steps for the shipping address and shipment method. The first-order promotion reduces eligible books while leaving shipping and taxes outside its discount. Applicable sales tax on purchases originating or shipping to California and Massachusetts is calculated before checkout is finalized. A gift card balance can pay toward site products; when an order exceeds that balance, the remainder must be paid with a credit card.
Bookemon Gold cancellation is requested by email, and membership refunds depend on whether eligible purchases or benefits have been used. Gold is an annual membership that includes a reduction on your own authored books. A full membership-fee refund is available only when there have been no eligible purchases or Gold benefits used since the latest charge. The value of benefits used can be charged or withheld from the refund. The membership period is displayed on your myBookemon page, and renewal can be made as needed. For the refund request, the decisive condition is your account's use of Gold benefits during the period covered by its latest membership charge.
Yes, a friend who joins Bookemon through a referral link receives a $5 coupon for their first order. The referring member has a separate reward: a $5 Bookemon gift card if that friend buys. Your referral information appears under âMy Referrals,â where the link contains the referral identifier. Sharing that link allows the friend to join through the referral route. The referrer's earnings become redeemable after the friend's order is completed. A gift card can then be used toward products available on the site, with unused balance retained in the recipient's account. Joining through the shared referral link is the step that establishes the friend's first-order coupon eligibility.
