No. cHosting allows only one discount coupon per transaction, and each customer may use only a single coupon. When a coupon covers more than the amount payable, the remaining value is lost. A larger coupon therefore does not create a balance for another purchase. Coupon misuse can result in suspension or cancellation of the accounts involved. The one-coupon restriction applies to the transaction itself, so adding multiple products does not increase the permitted number of coupons.
No. cHosting hosting requires a paid order rather than a free trial. During ordering, you can register a new domain, transfer one from another provider or use an existing domain and update its nameservers manually. A domain being transferred must be unlocked at the current registrar. Website and email migration are optional selections during the hosting order. You can also add migration later if you initially decide to move the site yourself.
No. Accounts bought through a campaign are excluded from the 30-day refund guarantee, whether or not a promo code was used. For an eligible regular purchase, contact support about the problem first; if it remains unresolved, a refund can be requested within 30 days of account creation. Refunds are unavailable after that window. Breaching the terms can also remove refund eligibility, while repeated refund requests or suspected refund-policy abuse can lead to an administration fee or refusal.
cHosting accepts cards, PayPal and bank transfers, with automatic or manual payment options. Visa and Mastercard payments carry no additional card fee. The final price remains unchanged by the chosen payment method, and advertised website prices include VAT. For transfers from foreign banks, cHosting can credit only the amount actually received. Submit the cancellation through the customer area. Select the icon beside the package, choose 'Opsigelse', then complete and send the cancellation form. Immediate cancellation terminates the product within 24 hours after submission. Cancellation at the end of the period terminates it when the already-paid period expires. If a renewal invoice has already been issued, it is cancelled as part of the cancellation process. Other methods of cancelling a subscription are not accepted.
cHosting does not refund domain registrations or domain-transfer fees. Dedicated IP purchases have a separate rule: annual payments can receive a partial refund for remaining months that have not started, while monthly payments are non-refundable. Account credit cannot be refunded, but it can pay for service purchases and renewals. Administrative payments have an exception when a naming authority refuses the requested domain registration. Suspected purchases through the buyer's own affiliate link are also excluded from refunds.
Hosting accounts activate automatically when the payment system completes the order, unless complications arise. The welcome email supplies the account details after payment. A separately ordered dedicated IP or SSL service takes longer because its activation is not automatic. Domain activation can take up to 48 hours. Orders are delivered electronically by email, and cHosting sends an email if it cannot deliver the service as soon as registration is completed.
