The yearly plans renew at their regular rates. Personal User renews at €79 per year, Experienced User at €129 and Power User at €299. The yearly licence runs for one year from the purchase date, with automatic renewal each year. Automatic plugin updates are included while the licence key remains valid and unexpired. The first purchase and the recurring renewal therefore have different advertised prices for each of the three paid tiers.
Personal User covers one website, Experienced User covers three and Power User covers ten. A subdomain also counts as a website against the licence allowance. The paid tiers include Detailed Statistics, UTM Campaign Tracking and E-Commerce Conversion Tracking, so the site allowance determines the tier rather than a separate feature bundle. ClickWhale works on self-hosted WordPress installations and on WordPress.com. Each tier is available in both the Yearly and Lifetime purchase selectors.
Yes. The free version covers unlimited sites and includes the basic tools without a paid PRO licence. Its package includes Link Manager, Smart Displays, Bio Link Pages, Tracking Codes Manager, Basic Statistics and Third-Party Migrations, with a public support forum. It can be installed directly from the WordPress Plugin Directory through Plugins > Add New Plugin. Searching for ClickWhale brings up the free plugin; Install Now and Activate complete the installation without purchasing a premium licence.
Request it within 30 days of purchase for a 100% refund if you are unhappy with the plugin. The contact form accepts refund requests and asks for the reason, your licence key and a summary. For subscriptions set to renew automatically, an email reminder arrives approximately one week before the next payment. Support and updates remain available until the licence expires.
Yes. You can upgrade by paying the difference between your current licence and the licence you want. Upgrading to cover more sites preserves your existing settings and customizations. In the customer account, open Licenses and select the licence row you want to upgrade. Its details include an Upgrade to dropdown that opens the checkout modal for the larger tier. Entering billing information and completing that checkout finishes the upgrade of the existing licence.
Yes. An existing annual licence can be upgraded to lifetime through the account area or pricing page. The account route starts from the licence details and opens the checkout modal, where you select the lifetime option. The pricing-page route starts with the Lifetime selector and the desired tier's purchase button. Once purchased, a lifetime licence includes ClickWhale PRO and all future updates for life, without annual subscriptions or further recurring licence costs.
Yes. An expired ClickWhale PRO licence can be renewed at any time. The existing installation keeps working with its current features, links, statistics and settings, but updates and priority email support stop until renewal. A renewal email provides a direct link and instructions. If that email is unavailable, open Licenses in your Freemius account, select the subscription and click Renew. Enter your billing information in checkout to restore updates and priority support for the next year.
A purchase receipt email supplies your download link, licence key, licence usage information and getting-started guides. Download the premium plugin package from that link. In WordPress, open Plugins > Add New Plugin, select Upload Plugin and upload the PRO ZIP file. Install Now installs the package, and Activate Plugin starts it. The licence activation form then accepts the key from your receipt email; clicking Activate License completes activation and opens the ClickWhale dashboard.
The PRO feature bundle is included in every paid tier. Remove Plugin Credits, Advanced Customization Options and More Blocks for Bio Link Pages are included in the licence purchase alongside the free version's tools.
