No, SMTP VPS is non-refundable after payment and activation. That covers the base service, additional IP addresses, setup-related fees and SMTP add-ons. Cancellation, non-use, configuration problems, deliverability problems and blacklist issues do not create a partial refund, prorated refund or account credit. Abuse suspension and termination for policy violations are also covered. Exceptions apply when required by law, payment-network rules or the applicable payment processor or merchant of record.

Cancellation stops future renewal when processed in time; it does not automatically create a prorated refund for an already used billing period.
