No. Domain transfer and website migration are outside the Hosting Transfer offer. Migration is a separate service, so transferring the hosting subscription does not bundle the work of moving website files. To qualify for the hosting promotion, applicants must provide the official receipt from their existing hosting provider. Casbay uses the remaining hosting period with that provider to calculate the extension attached to the new subscription, with a maximum extension of 12 months.
StartUp Biz is offered at RM159 a month, and GrowBig Biz at RM259 a month. The special promotion also has a Business Hosting option at RM359 a month. Their respective disk allocations are 25 GB, 50 GB and 100 GB, with 10, 20 and 30 email users. These offers include free SSL and a dedicated IP address. No. Special promotions, discounted services and purchases using promotional codes are non-refundable. Accidental purchases, incorrect orders and change-of-mind requests are also non-refundable.
