Meeting scheduling with Group Polls, Booking Pages, and team subscriptions.

Savings opportunities available through Doodle coupon codes

Doodle reduces scheduling subscription costs through yearly billing, its Free plan, and lower per-user charges as a Team subscription grows. A single Doodle Professional license in the United States is $15/month or $132/year. Team starts at $16 per user/month billed annually, compared with $21 per user/month billed monthly. Free costs USD 0 and requires no card. Paid subscriptions cover scheduling through Group Polls, Booking Pages, 1:1s, and Sign-up Sheets. The offers on this page sit alongside choices about billing frequency and the number of people covered by the subscription.

Eligible products and services

Service categories frequently on promotion

Pro and Team are the subscription choices with monthly and yearly billing. Pro covers one user, while Team supports subscriptions for 2 to 100 users. A Team purchase brings the members together under an account administrator who can add, remove, and replace them. Subscription size and billing frequency determine the base charge, with currency tied to the subscriber’s locale. Swiss subscribers pay in Swiss Francs, Eurozone subscribers pay in Euros, and other subscribers pay in the U.S. Dollar. An upgrade to more users deducts the remaining subscription value from the new plan.

Services usually excluded from promo codes

Taxes and bank transaction fees are separate from Doodle’s subscription charge. Sales, use, and other applicable taxes are collected separately when required. A bank or credit institution can also add international transaction fees under its agreement with the cardholder. Doodle cannot cover or refund these fees, include them in its checkout calculation, or issue an invoice reflecting that extra bank charge. The subscription summary separates Subtotal, Discount, and Tax before Total due today. Downgrading to the free service takes effect at the end of the agreed term and does not refund paid subscription fees.

Factors influencing the final discount value

Impact of billing cycle on promotional price

Yearly billing lowers Doodle’s recurring subscription rate compared with monthly billing. The annual Team option charges the full year at purchase, with its displayed monthly figure expressed per user. Monthly Pro subscriptions renew each month on the same date; yearly subscriptions renew each year on the same date. Renewal is enabled by default, and an email arrives seven days before it happens. Subscription fee changes are notified by email and do not change an already paid period. Cancellation turns off the next renewal while access continues through the term already purchased.

Promo codes vs. automatically applied offers

The yearly billing discount and a typed coupon use different controls in Doodle’s purchase flow. Selecting Yearly chooses the annual subscription rate, with the Pro yearly option labelled as a 26% discount. A typed offer uses the Coupon code field and its Apply control. Accepted entry is acknowledged with Coupon applied; rejected entry displays This coupon code is invalid. The order calculation has a separate Discount line alongside Subtotal and Tax. The selected billing country is needed to calculate the current total, so that calculation depends on billing details as well as the subscription selection.

Accessing active codes for Doodle

Doodle’s purchase starts with a plan and billing frequency selected from pricing, followed by the account step. The purchase interface is titled Complete your purchase and has Billing information, Payment method, and Order summary sections. Its billing fields include Country and VAT number (optional), followed in the field labels by Coupon code and Apply. The code acknowledgement reads Coupon applied, while rejection reads This coupon code is invalid. The summary includes Discount and Total due today. Selecting the billing country enables calculation of the total before the payment is completed. Scroll up for the current Doodle offers.

Doodle Discount FAQs

Enter your Doodle promotion in the Coupon code field and select Apply; acceptance is shown as Coupon applied. The purchase begins with your subscription selection from pricing and an account step before the purchase interface. Complete your purchase separates Billing information from Payment method and provides an Order summary. The billing labels include Country and VAT number (optional), with Coupon code and Apply also included in that flow. Subtotal, Discount, and Tax are separate summary entries before Total due today. The total calculation asks for your country, so the amount due includes the billing calculation as well as the discount entry. Selecting the country makes the current total available before payment.

Doodle displays This coupon code is invalid. when it rejects the entered coupon. The Apply control submits the entry, while an accepted entry uses the distinct message Coupon applied. The purchase interface also includes Remove for the coupon entry, allowing the applied selection to be removed from that flow. Billing details are part of the calculation: the country prompt reads Select your country to calculate the current total. Subtotal, Discount, Tax, and Total due today show the components of the amount payable. Those fields separate the entered promotion from the billing calculation. A successful coupon acknowledgement and a calculated order total provide the purchase information before payment.

Yearly billing reduces a single Doodle Professional license from $15/month to $132/year in the United States. The annual Pro selection carries a yearly discount label of 26%, and the pricing control lets you choose Monthly or Yearly. Subscription charges also depend on where you reside and which plan you select. Currency follows locale, with Swiss Francs for Swiss subscribers, Euros for Eurozone subscribers, and the U.S. Dollar elsewhere. A yearly subscription automatically renews each year on the same date unless renewal is disabled. Fee changes are communicated by email and leave the already paid period unaffected. The annual selection sets the lower billing rate before a typed promotion is entered.

Doodle’s Team per-user charges decrease as the subscription size grows, and you can adjust that size in Account Settings. Team subscriptions support 2 to 100 users, with monthly and yearly billing choices. The purchaser becomes the account administrator and can add, remove, or replace team members. Purchasing a larger plan deducts the remaining subscription value from the new plan charge. That credit matters when increasing the number of users during an existing paid term. Team members retain their own accounts while joining the administrator’s subscription. The size adjustment changes the subscription being purchased, and the remaining-term deduction reduces the upgrade amount rather than requiring payment for the same remaining service twice.

Doodle’s annual refund rule allows a full refund request up to 14 days after purchase. Refund eligibility is expressed by subscription type, with a separate prorated rule for monthly subscribers. Turning off automatic renewal cancels the subscription when its paid period expires and preserves paid access until then. In account settings, Subscription contains Cancel subscription, and the popup requires confirmation with the same label. A downgrade to the free service takes effect after the agreed subscription term and does not itself refund fees already paid. Cancellation therefore controls the future subscription, while the annual refund request concerns the payment already made. The annual request window runs from purchase rather than the future renewal.

Doodle’s monthly refund rule allows a prorated refund request at any time throughout the month by law. The monthly rule differs from the full-refund purchase window attached to annual subscriptions. Monthly Professional subscriptions renew automatically according to their subscription type unless that renewal is disabled. Cancel subscription in the Subscription settings, followed by confirmation in the popup, stops renewal while keeping access through the paid term. The refund rule concerns the unused portion rather than promising the entire monthly payment back. Moving down to the free service takes effect at the end of the agreed term and does not itself return paid fees. Proration is the monthly refund outcome stated for that billing choice.

Disable Doodle’s automatic renewal in account settings to stop the next subscription renewal. Pro is set to renew by default, with monthly and yearly subscriptions renewing on the same date in their respective cycles. Doodle sends an email seven days before the renewal date. The cancellation flow opens Subscriptions, selects Cancel subscription, and confirms that choice in the popup. Access to the paid account continues through the purchased term after renewal is turned off. Renewal can also be reinstated through Auto-renew subscription in the same account settings area. Changes to subscription fees are notified by email and apply after the already paid period. Turning renewal off leaves the current paid service available until its expiry.

Doodle accepts credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay for Professional and Premium subscriptions. Card options include Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, and cards can be used for both purchase and renewal. PayPal uses a linked account, while Apple Pay is available to eligible users using Safari. Apple Pay eligibility and the Safari requirement determine whether that wallet can be used for the subscription purchase. Wire transfers and bank transfers are accepted only for Enterprise plans, with arrangements handled through the sales team. The purchase interface separates Billing information and Payment method from the Order summary. Using Safari makes Apple Pay available when the purchaser is otherwise eligible for that method.

Doodle collects applicable sales, use, and other taxes separately from the subscription fee when required. The order summary separates Tax from Subtotal and Discount, with Total due today showing the purchase amount. Country is required to calculate the current total, connecting the billing details to the amount payable. A business purchasing Professional with a European billing address is prompted to enter VAT details. Doodle validates VAT numbers through VIES and accepts only intra-Community numbers that successfully pass that validation. The VAT details therefore have their own validation requirement during business billing. The billing interface labels the field VAT number (optional), while the current total depends on the selected country.

A bank or credit institution can add transaction fees beyond Doodle’s subscription amount under its agreement with you. Doodle cannot cover or refund those charges because the bank determines them. Their amount cannot be provided during Doodle checkout, and the additional charge cannot be reflected in Doodle’s invoice. That means the subscription calculation and the bank’s final card charge can differ even after the subscription discount is applied. Currency is selected during the subscription purchase, and the cardholder’s international transaction terms determine whether a separate fee is added. A card permitting international transactions free of charge can avoid that extra charge. Selecting the purchase currency also forms part of Doodle’s guidance for reducing this billing difference.
