Individual 2 costs $60 a year, Individual 3 costs $120, and Individual 4 costs $240. Their daily execution allowances are 24,000, 60,000 and 120,000 respectively. EasyCron counts executions per day using a job's busiest day. A job running every ten minutes occupies 144 executions per day; a job running every minute occupies 1,440. Adding a job reserves that allowance, and deleting it releases the occupied allowance back to the account balance.
Enterprise 2 costs $240 a year, Enterprise 3 costs $480, Enterprise 4 costs $600, and Enterprise 5 costs $1,200. Their included subuser allowances are 20, 40, 60 and 200 respectively. The person registering the EasyCron account becomes its admin. That admin can add subusers to help manage the account's cron jobs and groups. Each subuser can add, edit, delete and view those jobs and groups, and update their own login credentials.
Yes. New accounts have access to a seven-day free Individual Trial or Enterprise Trial. There is also a separate Free plan with 200 executions per day, a five-second timeout and a 20-minute minimum interval. It retains 10 logs and predictions. That plan excludes email notifications, customised HTTP requests, Slack notifications, regular-expression matching, webhook notifications and subusers. One person may hold only one Free-plan account, and technical support is reserved for paying account holders.
Yes, when the account has a valid automatic billing method and sufficient funds. EasyCron charges the subscription as its expiry approaches and extends the paid plan's expiry automatically. A valid PayPal account or credit card must have enough money available for that collection. If automatic billing has already been terminated, renewal is handled manually from the account's Plan page. A successful renewal extends the subscription for one year from the latest payment.
Terminate automatic billing for the relevant order from your Plan page. After signing in, find that order, click its terminate link and follow the termination instructions. Account cancellation is a separate action available through account management or a request from the registered email address. Closing an account removes its information and cron jobs permanently. When a plan expires without renewal, its cron jobs are disabled and a paid subscription is downgraded to Free.
Yes. Existing customers can switch to another plan, including an upgrade or downgrade. A change creates a new order and requires the full fee for the new configuration. The replacement plan expires one year after that payment. An upgrade permits a refund request for unused months of the previous subscription. During a downgrade, cron jobs are disabled; those jobs may need to be enabled again after the lower plan has been applied.
Yes, your first payment is eligible for a full refund within seven days after payment. After the refund, the subscription becomes a Free plan and all its cron jobs are disabled. The first-payment window applies to first-time-paid money. Account-term violations result in termination without a refund, including prohibited automated account registration and illegal or unauthorised use of the service. Sharing a single account between multiple people also violates the account terms.
Yes, the payment method affects the refund amount. For PayPal payments within the 60-day refund period, unused months qualify for a full pro rata refund; outside that period, the PayPal fee is deducted. Credit-card refunds of unused months carry a 3% refund fee. PayPal refunds arrive instantly. Credit-card credits take five to ten business days to reach the account, although they can appear sooner. These unused-month refunds apply when upgrading the old plan.
EasyCron accepts PayPal and credit or debit cards online. Card payments are processed through FastSpring. Offline options are bank wire, West Union and Xoom; beneficiary details are available by contacting EasyCron before sending the payment. Online payment is instant, and service becomes available immediately after it completes. Payment problems can be reported through the contact form, which asks for an email address, message type, title and message, or by emailing info@easycron.com.
The collection is retried before the subscription is downgraded. PayPal attempts payment on the expiry date, again five days later, and once more after another five days. A final failure terminates the recurring payment profile and triggers downgrade after ten days. FastSpring card collection starts on the expiry date, with retries one day later, three days after that and five days after that. Card-payment downgrade follows after nine days. The processor and EasyCron send email notices during failed collection.
