Budget game-server plans are advertised with no renewal price hikes. Service orders automatically renew for the same duration as the initial term unless timely notice of non-renewal is submitted. General price changes for active services require at least 30 calendar days of advance notice. A signed order that fixes the price for a committed term keeps that rate until the commitment ends. Monthly and on-demand price changes take effect on the first billing cycle after the notice period.
Yes, while the credits remain valid and attached to the account. Promotional, referral and goodwill credits expire 12 months after issue unless a different expiry is specified in writing when they are issued. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred or assigned. Expired balances are forfeited without reinstatement. Account consolidation needs separate attention: promotional credits and account-specific pricing may not carry into the surviving account unless Elysia Cloud agrees to preserve them in writing.
Ordinary cancellation does not qualify for a refund of unused annual or multi-year hosting fees. Exceptions apply when the customer terminates for Elysia Cloud’s uncured material breach or Elysia Cloud ends the service for its own convenience. Eligible refunds or credits cover the unused prepaid period on a prorated basis, after outstanding amounts are deducted. Setup, installation, domain registration, dedicated IP assignment and migration fees are non-refundable. Paid SSL certificate fees are refundable only to the extent the issuing certificate authority refunds them.
Elysia Cloud accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, major-network debit cards, ACH or electronic funds transfers from a US bank account, and wire transfers. ACH payments require the applicable authorization forms. Bank-transfer customers cover origination, intermediary and transfer fees, and wires must reference the invoice numbers being paid. Some account types, order sizes or risk profiles require a particular method. Providing a payment card authorizes recurring subscription charges and applicable usage overages without a separate authorization for each transaction.
Submit notice of non-renewal through the control panel, a support ticket or the designated written-notice address. The deadline is the notice period in the service order; without a specified period, it is 30 calendar days before the current term expires. A courtesy renewal reminder does not extend that deadline. Ending a service early is a separate procedure: termination for convenience normally requires 60 days’ written notice unless the order specifies otherwise, and committed terms can carry early termination fees.
An upgrade starts charging at the new rate when the upgraded service is activated. The remaining billing period is prorated daily, and a partial activation day counts as a full day at the upgraded rate. An approved downgrade normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with the lower rate beginning in the next full period. Earlier invoices are not reduced retrospectively. Setup charges, IP allocation fees and per-period software licences are outside these prorated adjustments.

A valid tax-exemption certificate must be accepted before an exemption can apply; exemptions work prospectively rather than creating refunds for earlier tax charges. Invoices and payments are in US dollars. Customers paying from another currency cover exchange-rate differences and bank conversion costs. The payment is received only when the full invoiced dollar amount reaches Elysia Cloud’s designated account, without an unauthorized deduction or withholding.
Yes. A billing dispute must be submitted in writing within 60 calendar days of the invoice date. It must identify the invoice and disputed line items, the amount considered incorrect, the reason and supporting documentation. Undisputed amounts remain payable by their due date. Elysia Cloud provides a written response within 30 calendar days of receiving a properly submitted dispute. An accepted adjustment becomes an account credit or, at Elysia Cloud’s option, a refund to the original payment method.
