USA-made air filters for homes, offices, and businesses.
Savings opportunities available through Factory Direct Filters coupon codes
Factory Direct Filters offers several ways to reduce an air-filter order. It manufactures USA-made filters for homes, offices, and businesses, including furnace, air purifier, humidifier, and custom filters. Email signup gives 10% off a first purchase, while Subscribe & Save reduces each subscription order by 8%. Approved wholesale customers receive a 20% discount, with tiered discounts for high quantities. The offers on this page fit within the merchant's coupon conditions. Subscription savings and wholesale pricing have their own purchase routes, so the discount available depends on how the order is placed.
Service categories frequently on promotion
Filter selection sets the purchase amount before a coupon is considered. The product selector asks for a MERV rating, pack size, and quantity, then provides an Add to cart button. Factory Direct Filters separates a standard filter purchase from Subscribe & Save deliveries. Codes exclude subscription plans, custom size filters, rush fees, and data center and router filters. An individual promotion can carry conditions that override the general coupon policy. At checkout, the order summary lists the selected filter and quantity alongside the subtotal; shipping, taxes, and discount codes are calculated there.
Services usually excluded from promo codes
Factory Direct Filters excludes specific purchases from discount codes. Custom size filters and subscription plans are ineligible, as are rush fees and data center and router filters. These restrictions distinguish a coupon purchase from the separately discounted delivery programme. Discount codes also cannot be combined with Rewards Points or with another discount code. A promotion's own conditions take priority over the general rules. Custom sized filters have a further purchase condition: they are not eligible for returns. For other returns, the refund goes back to the original payment method after shipping costs are deducted.
Impact of billing cycle on promotional price
Subscribe & Save ties the saving to recurring filter deliveries. Factory Direct Filters gives 8% off every subscription order and allows deliveries on schedules ranging from monthly to annually. The delivery frequency is selected on the product page with the number of filters to be delivered. A subscription can also be started from the cart, and its schedule can change anytime. Shipment emails and advance notices of the next order support that recurring schedule. Customers can pause, skip, or cancel deliveries, or edit an upcoming delivery date. Promo codes do not apply to subscription plans.
Promo codes vs. automatically applied offers
A checkout code and a recurring subscription discount use different routes. Factory Direct Filters supplies a Discount code field with an Apply button in the order summary. Subscribe & Save is chosen on the product page or in the cart and gives its saving on each subscription order. Rewards redemption has another step: Redeem My Points supplies a code to copy and paste at checkout. The coupon policy keeps rewards redemption separate from promotional codes and prohibits stacking codes. A coupon with a listed end day expires at 11:59PM EST, and its individual conditions can override the general policy.

Factory Direct Filters Coupon FAQ
Factory Direct Filters does not allow discount codes to be combined with Rewards Points or with another discount code. Redeem My Points opens the rewards redemption step, with a code for use at checkout. The rewards options include $10 off for 100 points, $25 off for 200 points, and $50 off for 350 points. Membership begins by creating an account, and shopping earns points that can be redeemed for exclusive discounts. The checkout summary has a Discount code field followed by Apply, so a rewards redemption uses the same checkout area as a promotional code. A specific promotion's own terms supersede the general coupon policy. The reward tiers provide different redemption amounts according to the points available in the account.
Factory Direct Filters accepts eligible returns within 30 days of purchase, with items in original condition and original packaging. Return requests go to support@factorydirectfilters.com and must include the order number and the reason for the return. Refunds are made to the original payment method after the shipping cost is deducted. Custom sized filters are not eligible for returns, and these products are also excluded from discount codes. A customer-error return, such as ordering the wrong filter size, carries a $12 return label fee for the unused, undamaged product. A 10% restocking charge applies when the order exceeds $250. Original condition and packaging are requirements for an eligible return, alongside the purchase-based return window.
A Factory Direct Filters promo code can be ineligible because of the product type, expiration, or restrictions on combining discounts. Custom size filters, subscription plans, rush fees, and data center and router filters fall outside the general code policy. A coupon with a specified end day expires at 11:59PM EST on that day. The general rules also prohibit applying codes together or combining a code with Rewards Points. An individual discount can set its own conditions, which take precedence over those general limitations. Checkout provides the Discount code box and Apply button beside the order summary, where discount codes are calculated. Subscribe & Save instead provides an ongoing subscription saving through the product-page or cart selection.
Factory Direct Filters deducts shipping costs from refunds, with additional return-label and restocking fees applying under specified conditions. A $12 return label fee applies to customer-error returns, including an incorrectly ordered size, for an unused and undamaged product. The order threshold for the restocking deduction is $250, with a 10% fee above that amount. Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase, and items must retain their original condition and original packaging. The refund is credited to the payment method used for the purchase. Custom sized filters are excluded from returns altogether. An emailed return request must provide the order number and explain the reason for returning the item. The customer-error fee specifically concerns returning an unused, undamaged product.
A Factory Direct Filters coupon is applied after your filters reach checkout. Custom size filters, subscription plans, rush fees, and data center and router filters are excluded from discount codes. The checkout order summary has a Discount code box and an Apply button for submitting the offer. Before reaching that step, select the filter size, MERV rating, pack size, and quantity, add the filters to your cart, and proceed to checkout. The summary lists your selected products and quantities alongside the subtotal, shipping, taxes, and total. Available shipping methods appear after you enter the delivery address. Discount codes cannot be combined with another code or Rewards Points. For the transition from cart to the discount field, the cart button is labelled Check out.
Yes, Factory Direct Filters gives its Subscribe & Save discount on every subscription order. The programme reduces recurring orders by 8% and offers delivery schedules from monthly to annually. Delivery frequency is selected on the product page when choosing how many filters should arrive each time. The schedule remains adjustable after the subscription starts, with an email sent when the next order is approaching and another when an order ships. Manage Subscriptions is reached from the Account page and supports changes to filter quantity or size. Upcoming delivery dates can also be edited, including when a customer will be away. Discount codes are excluded from subscription plans, so the ongoing saving follows the subscription selection rather than a repeated checkout coupon.
Factory Direct Filters coupons do not apply to Subscribe & Save subscription plans. The subscription route gives 8% off each recurring order instead, with the delivery schedule chosen alongside the number of filters on the product page. Subscribe & Save can also be selected in the cart when starting the subscription. After setup, the schedule can be changed anytime, and emails announce both a shipped order and an upcoming order. The Account page's Manage Subscriptions link lets customers change the quantity or filter size in their subscription. Deliveries can be paused, skipped, or cancelled, and upcoming delivery dates can be edited. The recurring saving applies to every subscription order rather than requiring a coupon to be entered for each delivery.
Select Redeem My Points to redeem a Factory Direct Filters rewards discount through checkout. Rewards Club membership starts with an account, which earns 25 points on creation, and members earn additional points when they shop. Redemption amounts are $10 off at 100 points, $25 off at 200 points, and $50 off at 350 points. Checkout places its Discount code input beside the order summary and follows it with an Apply button. The coupon policy prevents combining discount codes with Rewards Points and prevents combining discount codes together. Referral rewards provide another points route: each successful referral earns 100 points. The redemption options depend on the points balance available for the selected reward.
Apply for Factory Direct Filters wholesale access to receive approved wholesale pricing and its 20% discount. Wholesale customers can also receive tiered discounts for high quantity orders. The programme serves HVAC contractors, property managers, resellers, retailers, and government or institutional buyers. The online application is reviewed before approval provides access to the wholesale pricing and a dedicated account portal. Approved customers place orders at those prices with free shipping and can choose auto-delivery or order as needed. Wholesale purchasing also supports credit card payments and NET 30 terms. Large commercial and institutional buyers can request custom air filter quotes. Access to the dedicated wholesale prices follows approval of the application, rather than entry of a consumer promo code.
A referred friend gets $10 off a first Factory Direct Filters order of $40, while a successful referral earns the referrer 100 points. The referral benefit sits within the Rewards Club, whose members earn points and redeem them for exclusive discounts. Creating an account earns 25 points, and shopping provides further points toward redemption. Redeem My Points supplies a code that is copied and pasted at checkout for a rewards discount. Factory Direct Filters prohibits combining discount codes with Rewards Points or with another code. The checkout summary calculates discount codes together with shipping and taxes. The friend's referral saving has both a first-order condition and an order amount requirement; the referrer's points depend on the referral being successful.
Yes. A Factory Direct Filters coupon and a promo code are the same thing: paste the code in the promo field at checkout before you pay.
