Fresha provides a seven-day subscription trial unless another arrangement has been agreed. For a new partner, the trial begins at the Effective Date; eligible existing partners begin on the date Fresha notifies them. The monthly subscription has no minimum commitment or long-term contract, and the team trial does not require a credit card. Once the trial expires, the first invoice contains the following calendar month’s subscription and a prorated charge covering the intervening period. Subscription discounts are entered when activating the plan rather than through the trial’s calendar. The account’s Subscriptions section opens Activate plan and the billing details screen containing Discount code.
Your Fresha subscription base follows the number of bookable team members, with staffing changes reflected in the next billing period. Independent covers one bookable member, while Team covers multiple bookable members. A profile counts as bookable when calendar bookings are enabled, so appointment permissions determine the subscription count. Within Team, opening a member’s profile and choosing Actions, Edit, then Settings exposes Appointment settings. Allow calendar bookings controls that member’s bookable status, and Save applies the change. There must always be one bookable member in the workspace, although its owner can be non-bookable when there are multiple members. Primary locations allocate subscription charges across billing profiles.
Fresha subscriptions renew automatically, and you can cancel the plan through workspace settings. On desktop, the cancellation route is Settings, Billing, Subscriptions, then Actions under Plan and Cancel plan. Continue advances the cancellation process, and the final Cancel plan button completes it. Cancellation prevents renewal for the next billing cycle; workspace access and the marketplace profile are removed at the end of the current cycle. Reactivating restores workspace information, including reviews, and allows the marketplace profile to be listed again. This cancellation route controls the next subscription renewal, while Fresha’s monthly billing uses the workspace’s bookable team members to determine the subscription base.
Fresha accepts major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club International. A declined subscription card triggers an email asking you to update the payment method; persistent payment failure pauses account access until payment succeeds. Once saved, the card is used for monthly subscriptions and activated add-ons. An active account requires a valid card on file; an added payment method can be replaced but cannot be removed. Card updates are available through Settings, Billing, Billing details, and Manage beside Payment methods. Add credit/debit card opens the replacement option, and Save applies the updated details to future subscription and add-on charges.
Fresha lists optional add-ons, communication usage and sales tax separately from the subscription rate. Communications include monthly allowances for automated messages and marketing emails, with further usage charged according to the pricing schedule. Payment processing is optional, so the booking and calendar tools can be used without enabling Fresha payments. When payment details are updated, the saved card covers both the monthly subscription and activated add-ons. Fresha referral credits require a qualified referral, including signup through the referral link and genuine payment activity. The referred business must be a new partner, start and complete its Partner Profile through that link, and meet the payment minimum displayed during signup. These payments can run through Fresha Online Payment service or a Fresha Terminal. Qualification must finish within the link’s published expiry period. Once qualified, the referrer receives referral credits and the new partner receives welcome credits. The welcome credit value is published when qualification starts, and notifications announce when credits reach the Wallet. The Wallet then displays the recipient’s accumulated remaining credit balance.
Fresha referral credits cannot be exchanged for cash or chargebacks and have no value outside the platform. Their purpose is payment towards eligible paid Fresha services, with eligibility determined by Fresha.
