Otherwise, the domain is forfeited and its ownership remains with HostJio. Moving that free domain to another provider also requires a transfer fee, and it will not be released without that payment. The cancellation request is submitted through the client area. A free domain therefore affects both the balance returned on cancellation and the payment needed to keep or transfer the registration.
Submit a HostJio cancellation request through the client area for cancellation upon subscription expiration. That timing keeps the account active until the subscription ends, when hosting is suspended and termination follows within 24 hours. An immediate-termination request has a different effect: suspension happens right away, even during the paid subscription. Cancellation and a money-back request also follow different timing rules, because refund requests made after 15 days are ineligible. Once termination occurs, every file in the hosting account is deleted and HostJio does not accept liability for that loss.
