VPS rental, dedicated servers, domain registration and SSL certificates.

Savings opportunities available through HostZealot coupon codes

HostZealot rents VPS and dedicated servers and offers domain registration and SSL certificates. Annual prepayment lowers the rental cost for the KVM SSD 512 Metered plan in Limassol: the cart shows €54.00 annually or €16.00 quarterly, before tax. The longer term sets its rental amount before you enter a discount. An accepted offer has a separate confirmation in the cart. A price freeze also protects existing services when the service and configuration stay unchanged. Adding or removing paid options, upgrading or downgrading can change the renewal amount.

Eligible products and services

Service categories frequently on promotion

HostZealot VPS choices include SSD, NVMe and HDD configurations. The KVM SSD 512 Metered plan offers three, six and twelve month billing periods. The KVM NVMe 2048 plan also has a one month option. Its configuration includes 2 GB RAM and 20 GB NVMe storage. Location and configuration matter when comparing available plans and prices, including upgrades. A longer term changes the rental amount shown for the selected billing period. Additional IP addresses, backup space, extra traffic and DevOps services have separate prices alongside the VPS rental.

Services usually excluded from promo codes

Additional services carry their own prices alongside HostZealot VPS rental. The separate options include additional IP addresses, Backup Space, Additional Traffic and DevOps Services. Each appears under Additional services with its own starting price. These options are separate configuration decisions from the server’s billing period, which sets the rental term. Applicable payment processing fees appear when a payment method is selected. The order total is labelled as excluding tax, and VAT can depend on the billing address country. The rental amount, optional services, payment fee and tax therefore describe different parts of the purchase.

Factors influencing the final discount value

Impact of billing cycle on promotional price

Annual billing lowers the rental cost compared with repeating the shorter billing period on the selected HostZealot VPS. The KVM SSD 512 Metered plan in Limassol shows €16.00 quarterly or €54.00 annually before tax. These are amounts for the full selected term. An existing customer's billing cycle can change through Customer Care, beginning at the next billing date. Renewal starts from the service's Billing Information section. Once a renewal invoice exists, support must handle a cycle change. HostZealot freezes prices for an unchanged service and configuration, while changes to paid options can affect renewal pricing.

Promo codes vs. automatically applied offers

The HostZealot annual rental amount is selected through the billing cycle before a discount is entered. The cart displays the chosen term beside the VPS and calculates the order total. A typed offer uses a separate discount field with an Apply button. An accepted entry has a discount confirmation, while a rejected entry can show an invalid coupon message. The annual term selection and the entered discount are therefore separate checkout steps. Payment commissions are displayed during payment method selection. Tax can also depend on billing address details, beyond the rental amount displayed in the cart.

HostZealot Discount FAQs

Enter your HostZealot offer in the cart's discount section before continuing through checkout. The VPS selection comes first: choose the location, billing cycle and operating system, then use Buy VPS to reach the cart. The discount section sits below the order summary and expands to show a text field and Apply button. Its placeholder is enter a discount code. An accepted entry displays a confirmation that the discount has been applied. The summary identifies the amount due today and marks it as excluding tax. Checkout then moves to registration or login before payment. The billing term appears beside the VPS, so the rental period remains visible alongside the purchase total.
You can upgrade a HostZealot VPS through Change plan in the Client Area. Available plans and prices depend on your current VPS configuration and location. My Services and Virtual Servers lead to the server you want to upgrade. After opening it, Change plan presents billing cycle selection followed by the available resources and prices. Proceed confirms the chosen upgrade and generates its payment invoice. Any existing unpaid invoice for that server must be paid before upgrading. Processing the upgrade preserves the data stored on the VPS, without a manual file transfer or operating system reinstall. The selected plan and billing cycle therefore determine the upgrade purchase being invoiced.
Monthly billing is available for the HostZealot KVM NVMe 2048 plan before you enter an offer. Its Billing Cycle selector includes a one month term, and the monthly billing date follows the day you purchase the service. Country and Operating System are chosen on the plan’s order page before Buy VPS moves the selection into the cart. A longer prepaid term has its own billing cycle selection instead. The cart keeps the selected rental period beside the server and shows the amount due for that order. A typed discount is submitted separately through the expandable discount section before checkout continues.
HostZealot freezes renewal prices for existing services that keep the same service and configuration. Changes to the configuration or paid options can change that amount, including adding or removing an option. Renewal is handled from My Services by opening the relevant service and finding its billing information. Renew allows a billing period to be selected when a renewal invoice has not already been generated. Payment of that invoice extends the service for the selected period. An existing renewal invoice opens for review and payment instead of creating another invoice. Once that invoice exists, changing its billing cycle requires support, so the selected renewal term affects the next billing step.
Existing HostZealot customers can ask Customer Care to change their billing cycle starting from the next billing date. That change affects the next service period. A renewal invoice that has already been generated also needs support to change its billing cycle. The service's renewal workflow opens the existing invoice for review and payment rather than generating another one. HostZealot keeps an existing service's renewal price frozen when the service and configuration remain unchanged. Configuration changes and paid option changes can alter that price. For the KVM NVMe 2048 plan, the order selector provides one, three, six and twelve month billing choices.
The HostZealot annual rental amount is selected first; an entered promo code then uses the cart’s separate discount field. For the KVM SSD 512 Metered VPS in Limassol, the cart shows €54.00 annually before tax. The quarterly selection for that configuration shows €16.00 before tax. Each figure covers its selected billing term rather than a single month. The cart displays the term beside the server and carries its amount into the order summary. A separate expandable discount section accepts an entered offer. Checkout proceeds from the cart to account details before payment. The annual total is therefore visible at the rental selection stage, while a typed discount uses a separate submission step.
A HostZealot VPS refund depends on the service and circumstances under its refund policy. Technical refunds can be issued during the first 30 days if service issues cannot be resolved within 48 hours. Refund requests identify the service and include relevant order or invoice details in a support ticket. The support team reviews the request and confirms whether a refund can be issued. Domains, SSL certificates, setup fees and cryptocurrency payments are listed as non-refundable items or payments. Dedicated server refunds are limited to the circumstances specified in the policy. A Support ticket containing the affected service and invoice details gives the team the information needed to assess refund eligibility.
HostZealot shows any applicable processing fee when you select a payment method. Supported options include Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Bank Transfer, SEPA and Cryptocurrency, with availability depending on amount, currency and country or region. The cart's rental total excludes tax, and VAT can depend on the country in the billing address. Invoice payments are managed through Finance and Invoices by opening the invoice number. Change Payment Method opens a selection window displaying available methods and applicable commissions. Confirm selects the method, and Pay Now starts its payment flow. Funds added through Finance and Add Funds can also cover service invoices, so payment is managed separately from the entered discount.
HostZealot does not offer a free trial for its services. A VPS purchase instead starts with a paid rental term selected for the chosen configuration and location. The KVM SSD 512 Metered plan provides three, six and twelve month choices. Its order selectors also include the operating system before the purchase moves into the cart. The server configuration contains 512 MB RAM, 10 GB SSD storage and 1 TB bandwidth. The cart identifies the selected term beside the rental amount and offers a separate discount entry. The next checkout step requires account registration or login. The plan selection and order summary therefore describe a paid service purchase rather than trial access.
Use HostZealot's End of Billing Period cancellation option to prevent another renewal charge. From My Services, open All Services, select the service and choose Request Cancellation. The cancellation form lets you choose the cancellation type, provide a reason and submit the request. End of Billing Period ends the service at the start of the next billing period, without renewing it. Immediate is a separate choice for ending service sooner. A submitted cancellation request cannot be withdrawn directly in the Client Area; support handles keeping or restoring that service. The renewal workflow also sends a canceled service to support before renewal, so retaining service after cancellation requires that assistance.
