Krisp Coupon FAQ
Krisp displays your next renewal amount in your account's subscription details. Subscriptions renew automatically after the first payment, with charges once a month or year according to the billing cycle you selected. In the dashboard, open Settings, then Billing, and find the Plan Details card. It shows your current subscription plan alongside the next renewal date and amount. Krisp can change subscription fees for the next term and provides written notice of changes affecting your subscription. Canceling before renewal leaves access available through the end of the cycle you already paid for. The same Plan Details card shows when those paid features will stop after cancellation. Use the renewal amount displayed on that card when planning your next payment.
Krisp access ends when your trial expires without a paid subscription. The trial gives you access without charge for a limited period, and continuing to use Krisp requires an activated paid plan. Your meeting content remains accessible for 90 days after the trial solely for exporting it. That export period does not include the full Krisp functionality available during the trial. To continue with a paid plan, the account upgrade process lets you select a subscription cycle and seat count before submitting payment details. A discounted purchase still needs to activate a paid subscription for continued access. Export any meeting content you need within the 90-day post-trial access period.
Krisp's seven-day trial includes premium Meeting AI features without requiring a credit card. The trial is priced at $0 and includes unlimited noise cancellation, transcription, audio and video recording, and AI notes and action items. Accent Conversion and Understanding are limited during the trial. The pricing page offers the trial through Try it Free, separate from the Core and Advanced purchase options. You can use the trial before activating the paid subscription you intend to buy through the offers on this page. Continued Krisp use after the trial requires a paid subscription, while meeting content remains available for export for 90 days. Start through Try it Free for the seven-day trial.
Krisp Voice Isolation requires a compatible headset and an enclosed space. It removes nearby human voices while retaining the main speaker's voice during calls and meetings. In the Krisp app, turn on Cancel my noise after connecting a headset compatible with Voice Isolation. The feature activates automatically when an online meeting begins, and its icon shows the state. An office, meeting room, indoor cafe or house meets the enclosed-space requirement. If you want other people's voices retained, Voice Isolation can be disabled separately while noise cancellation continues. That distinction matters when the plan you buy through an offer will be used for shared conversations. To retain nearby voices, select OFF under Voice Isolation in Settings, then Noise Cancellation.
Krisp Core and Advanced include meeting recording and transcription. Both admins and users can use the recording feature, so a team member can capture meetings through the Krisp app. In the AI Note Taker section, select Transcribe only, Audio Recording, Screen Recording or Off. Recording and transcription can begin before the meeting or during it, and you can pause them during the conversation. Selecting both Krisp Microphone and Krisp Speaker in your communication app helps capture the full meeting. After the meeting, recordings are available through My Notes in your account. For multilingual meetings, Audio Recording lets you regenerate a transcript from the recording if needed. Select Audio Recording for that transcript recovery option.
Krisp's annual billing option lowers the per-user monthly rate for Core and Advanced. Core is listed at $8 per user per month with annual billing, compared with $16 on monthly billing. Advanced is $15 per user per month annually, compared with $30 monthly. The pricing selector labels these options Monthly and Annually and advertises a 50% saving. These lower rates come from the billing term you select. Core includes unlimited noise cancellation and an AI note-taker, while Advanced adds further controls and integrations. Your subscription payment establishes the billing date, and subsequent charges follow the selected monthly or annual cycle. Select Annually in the Meeting AI pricing selector to view the lower rates.
Existing monthly Krisp Core subscribers can switch to yearly billing from their dashboard. The annual cycle has a lower rate than the monthly option, and Krisp applies your unused monthly payment toward the amount due. Open Billing, then Plan Details, and select Switch to Core yearly. If you are already in the paid period, Krisp charges the annual payment and starts the annual cycle when you switch. The unused amount paid for the monthly period is subtracted from that payment. Switching during the trial does not trigger a charge for the change to annual billing. Returning from yearly to monthly billing requires canceling and waiting until the yearly cycle ends. The button for moving to annual billing is Switch to Core yearly.
Krisp works with Microsoft Teams through its audio-level integration. The subscription provides Krisp's features, and the calling app must support virtual audio devices and dedicated microphone and speaker settings. After installing Krisp, open the app and select the physical microphone and speaker you want to use. Turn on its Noise Cancellation toggles, then select Krisp Microphone and Krisp Speaker in Microsoft Teams' audio settings. This connects Krisp's audio processing to the Teams call. Krisp also manages newly connected audio devices and prioritizes devices compatible with Voice Isolation over other USB audio devices. For overlapping audio processing, Krisp recommends turning off the calling application's Echo Cancellation and Noise Suppression settings.
Krisp payments are non-refundable except where its terms provide an exception. Canceling a Core or Advanced subscription stops future renewal and leaves the paid features available until the current billing cycle ends. In the account dashboard, go to Settings, then Billing and Plan Details. Open Manage Subscription and select Downgrade under your current plan to cancel. The refund exception covers prepaid fees for the remaining term when you terminate for an uncured material breach under the terms, following 30 days' written notice. Approved refunds return to the original payment method unless Krisp agrees otherwise. Complete cancellation before your renewal date to prevent another subscription charge.
You complete a Krisp plan upgrade through your account dashboard. The upgrade process supports credit and debit cards and lets you choose the subscription cycle and number of seats. Open Settings, then Billing and Manage Subscription, and select Upgrade under the plan you want. Fill in the checkout details after selecting the cycle and seat count, then submit the purchase with Upgrade. If you select United States as your country, the Zip code field is required to determine the state and tax amount. That charge appears as Sales tax on the checkout page. The subscription then bills on a recurring monthly or yearly cycle. For a United States purchase, have the billing ZIP code ready for the required field.
