About Latitude & Latest Deals

Professional Latitude platform and services.

Savings opportunities available through Latitude.sh promo codes

Latitude sells bare metal power. They charge for the raw compute. It replaces AWS overhead. Don't pay cloud premiums for metal performance.

Service categories frequently on promotion

Bare Metal Servers. We see 'c3.small' or similar entry-level instances having introductory credit offers to get developers verified. Our deals help you offset that first month's invoice. Validate the region. Latitude.sh often discounts specific locations (e.g., 'Sao Paulo' or 'Tokyo') where they have excess capacity. Check the spot pricing.

Services usually excluded from promo codes

Bandwidth overages are strictly billed. Custom private racks are negotiated. Quality costs money. The 20-minute deployment time is the value; use our credit to test the API.

Impact of billing cycle on promotional price

Hourly vs Monthly. Latitude charges hourly. Coupons usually apply as 'Credit' to your balance. This means the discount lasts as long as the credit does, regardless of whether you spin nodes up or down.

Promo codes vs. automatically applied offers

Credit Application. Be careful. You typically must add the promo code *before* deploying the server to use the credit. Adding it after the invoice generates is often too late.

Latitude Coupon FAQ

Latitude automatically refunds the $5 card hold seven days after a card is added. The hold is part of adding a payment card, while account verification also requires a separate identity or credit-funding step. On the verification page, a valid credit card is required, and you can then upload a government-issued ID through Stripe Identity or add $100 in account credits. The credit-funding option charges the card and adds the amount to your account; cryptocurrency is also available for that option. Purchased credits automatically apply to future invoices. Once the account is validated, platform features are unlocked for deployment. For the card setup itself, the documented dashboard route is Usage & Billing, followed by Add new on the billing page.

Latitude offers lower rates for monthly and yearly billing than for hourly billing. Monthly billing is 50% cheaper than hourly, and yearly billing is 65% cheaper. During bare metal deployment, the Billing Type selection offers hourly or monthly options for On Demand instances. An existing server or virtual machine can also move to a longer billing method after deployment. Yearly billing requires upfront payment for the committed period and moves the resource into the team's Reserved project. Billing changes only move toward longer terms: hourly to monthly, hourly to yearly, or monthly to yearly. For an existing virtual machine, the control for this change is Save up to 65%, beside Price on its dashboard page.

Latitude displays service discounts on detailed invoices in the dashboard and PDF exports. Each project receives its own invoice, so the service belongs to that project's billing record. Open Usage & billing, go to Invoices, and select View to inspect the detailed invoice. A dedicated Discount column shows the discount amount, with a tooltip containing its name and percentage when applicable. PDF exports place the discount information beneath the relevant line item, including the name and percentage when available. These service discounts are displayed separately from total invoice discounts in the summary. Server line items can also be expanded to identify the associated machine, and the export format selector sits in the upper right corner of the detailed invoice.

Latitude referral rewards require a new customer who makes a first payment. The referred customer must sign up through the referral link so the new account is linked to the referral. The referrer must already have paid at least one invoice to generate a referral and earn rewards. Latitude awards $200 in credits to the referrer for each qualifying paying customer, and both participants receive a reward after the new customer's first payment. Existing users cannot qualify as referred new customers. A qualified referrer can find the link under Settings, then Referral, in the dashboard. The referral remains valid for three months, and no reward is issued if the referred customer makes no payment within that period.

Latitude account credits fund future invoices, while service discounts reduce specific invoice line items. Credits apply automatically, and an invoice paid partly or fully with credits displays that payment as an applied discount. Service discounts have their own presentation: the dashboard shows a Discount column with the amount and a tooltip for the discount name and percentage when applicable. This separates individual service reductions from total invoice discounts in the summary. For a team billed in USD, credits can be purchased through Usage & Billing, then Billing, using Add credits in the Credits section. Credit card purchases require a default card, while crypto purchases use USDC. Purchased credits appear immediately after payment in that same Credits section.

Latitude's monthly billing keeps the server price consistent across months. The monthly option provides a 50% discount against hourly billing for Metal and Accelerate, rather than charging according to each month's number of hours. During On Demand deployment, the Billing Type selection lets you choose monthly instead of hourly. Deleting an On Demand monthly server does not produce a prorated credit, and refunds are not offered for that deletion. Latitude therefore recommends deleting close to the renewal period when ending a monthly server. Scheduled deletion is available from the server's Actions menu and lets you specify a future date and time. The server continues running until that scheduled deletion, and its details page displays an alert banner showing the scheduled date.

Latitude support handles billing questions about discounts on your invoice. Each project has a separate invoice, so the relevant project and affected service identify the charge involved. In the dashboard, open Support, select Contact support, and use Skip to ticket to reach the request form. Select Billing as the topic, enter a subject, and describe the missing discount in the Description field. Screenshots can accompany the request, and existing teammates can be copied to receive updates. Submit the request with Create ticket; the new case appears on the Support page. For supporting evidence, the detailed invoice is available through Usage & billing, then Invoices, then View, where service discounts appear in the Discount column.

Existing Latitude servers and virtual machines can move to discounted monthly or yearly billing. Monthly is 50% cheaper than hourly, while yearly is 65% cheaper and requires payment upfront for the committed period. On a server's page, open Settings and select Upgrade billing method, then choose the longer term and confirm using the hostname. Billing methods can only move to longer terms, and resources already in Reserved projects cannot use this upgrade. Legacy server plans direct you to Contact support instead. A yearly upgrade moves the resource to the team's Reserved project and credits unused time in its previous project. Before a server moves to yearly billing, additional IPs and VLANs must be removed, and its payment method must pass authorization.

Latitude accepts credit cards worldwide and offers additional payment methods according to country. Wire transfers are available on request, while ACH is listed for the United States and PIX and Boleto Bancário for Brazil. In the dashboard, a card can be added through Usage & Billing using Add new. Adding a card places a temporary $5 hold, which is automatically refunded after seven days. Payment methods belong to the whole team, even though each project receives a separate invoice. For teams billed in USD, purchased account credits can also fund future invoices automatically. The Credits section under Usage & Billing, then Billing, includes Add credits, with credit card and crypto funding options; crypto payments use USDC on Solana or Ethereum.

Latitude does not refund deleted On Demand monthly servers or prorate their charges. This rule applies to the monthly billing option that reduces the price by 50% compared with hourly Metal and Accelerate billing. Removing the server early therefore does not return the unused portion of that monthly charge. The server dashboard offers immediate deletion through Actions, then Delete server, with the hostname required for confirmation. Deletion permanently erases the disks and cannot be undone, so the timing matters for both billing and stored data. A future deletion can instead be arranged through Schedule deletion in the same Actions menu. Latitude recommends placing monthly server deletion close to renewal, and the scheduling form accepts a specific date and time.
