MalCare Coupon FAQ

MalCare subscriptions renew automatically each year, and the renewal charge needs to be considered separately from your purchase discount. Billing and Invoices shows your active plans and total yearly costs, while MalCare can change fees by publishing a new pricing structure or sending an email notification. To stop the next payment, open My Account, select Cancel Account, and choose cancellation at the end of the billing cycle. Continue with Cancel Account, then confirm with Yes, Cancel My Account. Your premium features remain available while the current subscription is valid. After confirmation, review the account profile for the updated cancellation status and selected cancellation date.

Compare MalCare offers by their specific promotional terms and the benefit applied to the plan you intend to purchase. Promotions can provide account credit or other service benefits, so the value depends on the individual offer rather than a single headline percentage. Each promotion can carry additional terms, and those supplemental terms take precedence over the general terms when they conflict. For an existing subscription, Billing and Invoices lets you review active plans, usage limits and total yearly costs before considering another purchase. The offers on this page should be considered alongside those subscription details. Read the supplemental terms attached to the particular promotion to establish which benefit you are buying.

Select Repair or Fortify when you need malware cleanup; Free and Protect do not include removal. The cleanup service combines scanning, a safety backup, removal and another scan after the work is finished. With one-click cleanup, you review the detected file, line, table or row and then click Clean. MalCare removes injected malicious code while preserving the original content, and copies the parts it will change before editing them. Cleanups are unlimited at one flat price, including another cleanup if an infection returns. Before paying through an offer, make sure the purchased plan includes removal. Review the detections in the dashboard before starting the Clean step.

Apply your purchased MalCare license to the intended website through Modify License; a new license is not assigned to a site automatically. After completing the purchase, open that website in your account and select Modify License to see the plans available to you. Select the purchased license and click Select to apply it. This separate assignment step lets you decide which website receives which license. If a license has not been purchased, that screen also offers the option to buy it. For several websites, the Billings & Account page provides Modify Site Licenses for bulk changes. Use Modify Site Licenses when assigning purchased licenses across multiple sites in your account.

MalCare includes a firewall in every plan, so a firewall purchase does not require a separate add-on offer. Free has the basic firewall, Protect has the advanced tier, and Repair and Fortify include the real-time tier. The firewall sets itself up when you connect your WordPress site, and rules are updated continuously. It operates inside the site, so requests reaching WordPress pass through it. Your plan selection determines the firewall tier included in the subscription you buy. The connection step activates the firewall rather than a separate firewall checkout. Before selecting an offer, match its plan name to the basic, advanced or real-time firewall tier you need.

MalCare shows an applied offer under Coupon Discount in the Purchase Summary before you enter payment details. The Repair checkout for one site displays a $299.00 subtotal, a $119.60 discount and a Total Payable Amount of $179.40. That purchase covers one year, and the summary also identifies the billing period and renewal point. Below the summary, Complete Your Purchase contains Email Address, Card Number, Name on Card, Expiry, CVV and Zip Code fields. Stripe secures the payment, and the Buy Now button displays the amount due. For that Repair order, confirm that Total Payable Amount and Buy Now both show $179.40 before submitting payment.

No MalCare coupon is needed for login protection on the Free plan; it is included in that plan. Install the plugin and connect your website to the dashboard to activate protection. MalCare handles repeated rapid login failures automatically and protects both the visible WordPress login form and XML-RPC logins. Login protection and two-factor authentication address different risks: password guessing and use of a stolen password. Both are included in the plugin, with Free covering two administrator users for two-factor authentication. A paid offer is therefore relevant to the additional plan benefits you need rather than basic login protection alone. Connect the WordPress site to start the included login protection.

Agencies managing ten or more sites can contact MalCare about agency pricing before selecting an offer. Different sites can use different plans within one account, so the enquiry can describe the protection needed for each site. MalCare's contact form asks for Your name, Email address, a subject and Your message, with optional attachments. Describe your sites and requirements so the team can explain the available options. You can also email support@malcare.com directly, and the contact form sends replies to the email address you provide. Include the website URLs relevant to your enquiry. Leave passwords and payment details out of the message, as MalCare requests.

Yes, MalCare lets you start with a free scan before purchasing a plan through an offer. Create an account and connect your WordPress site using the MalCare plugin for deep file-and-database scanning. Connected scans cover uploads, premium and custom plugins, custom database tables and WordPress cron data. MalCare synchronizes site data and performs intensive analysis on its own infrastructure. Scheduled scans run every seven days on Free, every twenty-four hours on Protect, every twelve hours on Repair and hourly on Fortify. Detection and cleanup are separate, with one-click removal included in Repair and Fortify. If a finding is unclear, contact support for help reviewing it before taking cleanup action.

MalCare allows refund requests within fourteen days of purchase, except when it has already cleaned malware from your site during that period. That cleanup exception matters before you start removal on Repair or Fortify. To discuss a refund request, contact support@malcare.com or use the contact form with your name, email address, subject and message. Include the relevant website URL and explain the purchase you want help with, leaving out passwords and payment details. Stopping the next renewal is a separate dashboard action, and MalCare charges no cancellation fee. If you intend to request a refund, contact support within the fourteen-day window before using the malware cleanup service.

Yes. A MalCare coupon and a promo code are the same thing: paste the code in the promo field at checkout before you pay.
