Renewals use the standard price for the selected plan. SSD PLUS starts at €3.20 a month and then costs €7.99; SSD PRO starts at €6.00 and then costs €14.99. SSD MAX starts at €10.40 and then costs €25.99. In the NVMe range, START moves from €2.80 to €6.99, PLUS from €4.80 to €11.99, PRO from €7.20 to €17.99, and MAX from €11.20 to €27.99. These are monthly rates, before VAT.
The WordPress discount covers subscriptions of one, three, six or twelve months. It reduces the entire first billing period by 44%, so an annual order receives the reduction across its first twelve months. The offer is available on a new WordPress hosting order from either a new customer or an existing NameBox customer. After that initial billing period, the subscription continues at the standard rate for the WordPress plan selected.
No, unless the gift offer explicitly allows combining it with a promo code. It applies once per customer to a new hosting order with a contract of at least twelve months, and excludes extensions of existing services. If the gift has been delivered, a hosting refund deducts its 350 RON value; returning it unopened within fourteen calendar days avoids that deduction.

Send a web-hosting closure notification to office@namebox.ro. VPS and dedicated-server customers must submit their closure request at least thirty days before the contractual expiry date. A later server cancellation leaves the following month’s service charge payable under the contract. Services are paid in advance for each billing period, and pro forma invoices have a payment deadline of ten working days from issue.
