Professional costs $149.99 annually; Enterprise costs $249.99 annually. Their displayed monthly equivalents are $12.50 and $20.83, respectively, with the annual amount billed for the chosen plan. Both include free setup and priority support around the clock. Professional includes one dedicated IPv4 address, as does Enterprise. The Professional price covers four vCPUs, while the Enterprise price covers six vCPUs for the annual purchase.
The included domain can be .com, .net or .org. NamePack bundles a free domain with every VPS plan and provides domain management through a secure NameSilo sub-account. The bundle includes domain privacy and full DNS management. Access to that sub-account lets you manage the included domain's DNS directly. The domain offer accompanies the hosting purchase, covering one of those three extensions alongside the VPS.
NamePack accepts Stripe and cryptocurrency only. Renewal payments are due by 5:00 PM EST on the renewal date, and late payment leads to suspension. Unpaid invoices can go to collections, with collection, legal and attorney costs charged to the customer. A payment dispute or chargeback carries an administrative fee of $75 to $150 under the payment rules for NamePack services.
Submit cancellation through the Client Portal at least one calendar day before the next billing date. NamePack must confirm the cancellation; requests through other channels are not accepted. If confirmation does not arrive, a written submission is required. Late cancellations are invalid and receive no prorated adjustment. Service termination can also carry administrative charges for which the customer accepts responsibility.
