Dedicated servers are suspended as soon as an invoice becomes overdue. These deadlines apply to keeping the purchased service active.
Yes. Yearly Premium Hosting includes one free domain registration per account, with the offer covering .com, .net and .biz. The hosting must remain paid for at least three months before you can transfer the domain to another host. Transfers to another client are also restricted during that period. If you cancel hosting before the three-month paid period ends, NAXHOST reserves the right to cancel or resell the domain. The free registration is tied to that hosting commitment.
No. NAXHOST permits only one discount voucher per transaction, and vouchers are restricted to one per customer rather than one per order. When an eligible order is worth less than the voucher, the remaining value is lost instead of being retained for a later purchase. Voucher redemption covers purchases of Shared, Reseller or Dedicated services within the NAXHOST hosting catalogue.
No. Account credit cannot be refunded and must be spent on purchases or renewals. Sending NAXHOST more money than the amount owed also produces credit rather than a cash refund. That overpayment remains available for later services, subject to the same credit rule. A separate account condition applies when multiple accounts have unpaid balances: NAXHOST can suspend all of them until full payment is received, and refunds are unavailable in that situation.
No. The money-back guarantee is limited to first-time accounts. A customer who previously held an account, cancelled it and signed up again is ineligible, as is someone opening a second account. Refunds are provided only once for any product; using the service for a second time does not qualify. Eligibility follows the customer's purchase history, so a newly created account does not restore the guarantee after an earlier account or service purchase.
Request termination in writing within the first 15 days of service. Eligible Web Hosting purchases qualify for a full refund through email or a support ticket, with a specific cancellation reason included. NAXHOST assesses the reason and whether both parties have taken reasonable steps to address the problem. Refund processing can take seven to ten days. Submit a cancellation request through the client area before the billing invoice is due. Open the package, select Request Cancellation, complete the form and submit it. Cancellation requests require an account with no due invoices; otherwise the invoice remains payable. Immediate cancellation terminates the service within 24 hours. Any PayPal subscription must be cancelled separately by the customer. Dedicated server cancellations require at least 15 days' notice before renewal to avoid a charge for the next billing period.
NAXHOST accepts credit and debit cards, e-wallets, mobile banking and bank payment. Visa and Mastercard payments carry no additional NAXHOST charge, and the final price is the same regardless of payment method. The cart offers BDT and USD currency choices.
