NetX offers free migration for one to three websites from another provider with eligible hosting paid for at least one month. Eligible services are shared hosting other than Beginner, VPS and dedicated servers. Files and databases totaling more than 10 GB can incur migration charges, and each website beyond the third costs $3 to migrate. Urgent migration is paid regardless of the number of websites or their total size. Submit the migration request through a ticket in the customer panel, naming the domains and providing the current hosting panel details. Include any specific PHP version or access requirements in that ticket before NetX starts moving the websites.
A free NetX domain renews for another year at the regular price, with .com and .net renewal listed at $24.38. Domain renewal and hosting renewal are separate services paid for separately. For PRO-start and PRO-max, the free-domain offer includes .com and .net when you pay for six months. The shared hosting table includes those extensions with Master on terms of at least 24 months and Professional on terms of at least six months. A standalone .com or .net registration costs $15 for one year. When budgeting beyond the free registration, allow $24.38 for each domain's one-year renewal separately from the next hosting payment.
Yes, NetX lets you refuse further hosting services at any time without explaining your reason. If you keep using the service after the contract period and neither party objects in writing by email, the contract extends for another period on the same terms. Early termination includes a proportional refund for unused services with the relevant documents, unless termination follows a violation of the hosting rules. NetX communicates service-expiration notices and invoices through your contact email. Changes to service costs or payment procedures require an email notice at least 30 days before they take effect. To object to the next contract period, send your written objection by email before continuing into that period.
NetX charges no separate hosting plan-switching fee; you pay the difference between plan costs for the remaining days. You can change the plan at any time through your customer account. Selecting a different package generates an invoice for that remaining-period difference, and the change takes effect after you pay it. The shared hosting packages have different website allowances: Beginner supports one website, Master supports five and Professional supports 100. That makes the website count a concrete way to decide which package you need before requesting the change. To move beyond Master's five-site allowance, select Professional in your account and pay the generated difference invoice to activate the new plan.

For the largest term discount, select 36 months and compare the $280 PRO-start total with the $678 PRO-max total.
