Impact of billing cycle on promotional price
NobelCom phone cards use prepaid balances, and Auto Recharge follows the balance threshold chosen by the customer. The customer controls both the minimum balance that triggers a recharge and the amount added, and can discontinue the feature. Rechargeable calling cards expire six months, or 183 days, after their last use unless a different condition is stated. The amount paid for a future calling credit purchase can change without notice. The second initial bonus follows a separate deadline: its promotional code remains valid for 45 days after the first purchase. That deadline governs the bonus on the next order, rather than a monthly or yearly subscription payment.
Promo codes vs. automatically applied offers
The first eligible order receives its bonus before confirmation; the second requires the promotional code sent in the first order's confirmation email. Newsletter promotions also use codes entered during checkout. NobelCom allows only one promotional instrument per order: a promo code, Nobel Points or the special initial offer. The additional credit appears on the selected calling products before the order is confirmed. NobelCom permits one promotional instrument per order, so a promo code cannot be combined with Nobel Points on that purchase. The same restriction includes the special initial offer, making points, codes and that offer alternative benefits for an order. Calling card promotions and contest winnings also cannot accompany another discount or promotion already applied to the purchase. A promotion cannot be attached to a calling card after payment has been completed. Points remain usable for phone card purchases or recharges through the account's points options. NobelCom points can reduce later phone card purchases or recharges through the account's “How to Use Your Points” section. The rewards program automatically includes customers when they sign up. Its earning table awards 10 points for a €20 phone card, 25 for €50, 50 for €100 and 100 for €200. Each 10 points accounts for €1, and the points can also recharge the account or be transferred to another account. Points have a one-year validity period starting when they are issued. The customer is responsible for using them during that period. Redemption is handled after logging in to the account, through the named points section.
A NobelCom referral can reward both customers with points usable for calling credit or discounts on future purchases. The reward table ties the points to the referred friend's qualifying purchase. An order of €20 in phone cards or NobelApp Credit gives the friend 50 points and the referring customer 100 points, equivalent to €10. An order of €10 in NobelApp Credit gives the friend 25 points and the referrer 50 points, equivalent to €5. Invitations start from the existing customer's account through the referral process. The referred person must join as a new customer, and there is no limit on the number of friends a customer can refer.
NobelCom offers a 10% calling card discount after you recharge a prepaid cell phone twice within 30 days. Eligible customers receive the discount promo code by email. The qualifying purchases are mobile recharges, while the resulting discount is for calling cards.
