API development, testing, and collaboration plans.

Savings opportunities available through Postman coupon codes

Postman offers API development and testing plans with annual billing savings of up to 25%. Solo costs $12 per seat on monthly billing; its annual checkout totals $108, equivalent to $9 per seat each month. That yearly choice saves $36 for one seat. The Free plan provides core API tools at $0 per month for individual work. Teams can evaluate Enterprise through a free trial before committing to a subscription. These routes reduce the subscription payment or let you assess paid capabilities before purchasing. Usage-based services and security add-ons have separate charges.

Service categories frequently on promotion

Postman subscription discounts relate to the selected plan, billing interval, and paid seats. Solo is designed for individuals, while Team supports shared API work at $19 per user per month when billed annually. Enterprise uses pricing arranged with sales. During purchase, you choose monthly or annual billing and the number of paid users before providing payment details. Postman charges a fee for each user accessing paid services. Additional licenses bought during a subscription term use the then-current plan rate unless the order specifies otherwise. Those additional licenses end with the existing subscription term.

Services usually excluded from promo codes

Postman prices add-ons and consumption separately from the base subscription. Simple Security adds $6 per user per month to Team and must cover every licensed user; Enterprise includes it. Monitoring has a separate rate of $20 per 50,000 requests per team per month. Flows usage is priced at $1 per 1000 credits. Applicable taxes are added to subscription fees rather than included in them. A promotional order can also include complimentary products or licenses whose discounts are not guaranteed beyond the initial term. These separate charges affect the total alongside the subscription amount.

Impact of billing cycle on promotional price

Postman bills subscriptions monthly or annually according to the interval selected during purchase. The saved payment method is charged automatically for that cycle. Annual billing reduces the effective monthly subscription rate, but the checkout collects the annual subtotal. Moving from annual to monthly billing takes effect at renewal, as does a plan downgrade. The billing overview displays the subscription cycle and calculates the expected renewal amount. Self-serve plans renew for the original term at then-current rates unless auto-renewal is canceled before the term ends. Order-specific discounts can change or end when the subscription renews.

Promo codes vs. automatically applied offers

Postman’s annual saving comes from selecting Pay annually in the subscription summary. The Solo annual checkout displays the saving alongside the subtotal before you continue to billing information. Discounts written into an order have their own duration: unless that order says otherwise, continuation beyond the initial term is not guaranteed. Postman can discontinue, remove, or modify those discounts when a renewal term begins. The Enterprise Trial follows a separate route and requires no payment information to start. It provides temporary access before a purchase rather than an automatic paid subscription when the trial expires.

The Subscription Summary displays Pay monthly and Pay annually, the selected plan, seat count, and Subtotal. Postman Coupon FAQ

The Postman annual billing discount comes from selecting Pay annually in the subscription summary. For Solo, the annual purchase view shows a $108 subtotal for one seat covering 12 months, with a $36 saving displayed before you select Next. Its equivalent subscription rate is $9 per seat per month, compared with $12 on monthly billing. This checkout choice sets the billing interval before the Billing Information and Payment stages. The purchase flow also lets you request payment from an organizational approver who supplies billing details and pays. The annual amount is collected for the selected subscription cycle rather than as separate monthly installments.

Your Postman discount is not guaranteed to continue beyond the initial term unless your order expressly provides for it. Order discounts can include complimentary features, products, add-ons, licenses, or temporarily unlimited usage, so the renewal treatment can affect more than the subscription rate. Postman reserves the right to remove or modify those concessions at the beginning of a renewal term. Self-serve subscriptions automatically renew for periods equal to the original subscription term and use then-current rates. The billing overview includes both the subscription cycle and a calculation of the expected renewal charge. That renewal calculation gives you the amount to assess before the next subscription payment.

Existing Postman customers can change their billing frequency through Edit plan in the billing dashboard. Annual billing has a lower effective subscription rate, with savings advertised up to 25%, and the plan editor lets you adjust billing frequency and plan type together. Selecting Next opens the team-size and add-on-seat settings, followed by the additional resource settings. You can choose to apply eligible changes immediately or on renewal before selecting Confirm Changes. A new plan or added seats are prorated according to the time remaining in the current billing cycle. Switching in the opposite direction, from annual to monthly, is deferred until renewal rather than taking effect immediately.

Extra Postman user licenses use the then-current plan rate unless your order expressly specifies different treatment. A fee applies to each user who needs access to the paid services, and licenses added during a term end with the existing order’s subscription term. Seat changes are managed under Plan and Payments on the Overview tab, using Edit plan and Modify Plan. The seat editor accepts the team size you need and provides Immediately or On renewal choices. Reducing the number of seats takes effect only at renewal, so lowering the count does not immediately shorten the paid commitment. The final step is Next followed by confirmation of the changes.

Postman supports credit card and direct debit payments, with available methods depending on your location. The billing dashboard places payment controls under Plan and payments, then Payment methods, where Add Payment Method opens the available choices. ACH Direct Debit is restricted to customers in the United States and draws funds from a linked bank account. Enterprise teams also have an invoicing option; those invoices can be paid online, by ACH, or by wire transfer. A subscription discount does not remove applicable taxes, which are payable in addition to the subscription fees. The order sets out those tax amounts alongside the fees you owe.

Yes, Postman usage charges can add to your subscription payment when pay-as-you-go is enabled. Billing users control overages for credits, monitors, and Flows in Resource usage, and those enabled services are charged according to consumption. The base quantities included depend on your plan type, while additional resource blocks can be purchased from the billing dashboard. Monitoring overages are charged to the saved payment method used for your subscription. Resource usage also includes View detailed usage beside Monitoring Usage, showing active monitors and their impact during the billing period. Prepaid monitor blocks provide an alternative to fluctuating consumption charges when your team needs more monitoring capacity.

Yes, the Postman Enterprise Trial is free and lets your team evaluate paid capabilities before committing. The trial lasts 7 days and requires no payment information when you start, while team members can be invited to collaborate during the evaluation. Its coverage includes most Enterprise capabilities, with specific exclusions: Postman Insights, API Catalog, Organizations, and Advanced Security Administration are outside the trial. Those excluded capabilities become available after upgrading to a paid Enterprise plan. If more evaluation time is needed, an in-app extension is available subject to eligibility after 30 days have passed since the last active trial ended. That eligibility condition determines when another extension can be triggered.

Postman subscription fees are non-refundable unless the terms or your order expressly provide an exception. The payment obligations are also non-cancelable under that standard rule, so a discounted purchase still needs to fit an applicable exception for a refund. Canceling a self-serve subscription stops the next renewal but does not refund amounts accrued, owing, or paid before the subscription expires. A billing error has a separate adjustment process: you must contact Postman within ten days of the error appearing to qualify for review of an adjustment or credit. Those inquiries go to help@postman.com. Eligibility for a billing correction remains subject to Postman reviewing and confirming the error.

You can stop Postman auto-renewal by selecting Cancel plan in the billing dashboard before your subscription term ends. This action is available to members holding the Billing or Super Admin role, and the button sits at the bottom of the dashboard. When non-renewal is processed, the paid subscription ends at expiry and is not billed again for that plan. Without a complete account cancellation request, the organization and user accounts are converted to individual Free accounts at expiration. If you reverse the decision, Undo cancellation appears beside the cancellation notice in the dashboard. Cancellation controls the next renewal; it does not create a refund of the existing subscription payment.

Yes. A Postman coupon and a promo code are the same thing: paste the code in the promo field at checkout before you pay.
