Shipping software for online stores, with free and paid plans.

Savings opportunities available through Sendcloud coupon codes

Sendcloud sells shipping software for online stores, and this page helps you pay less with Sendcloud offers and discounts. The Free plan has no subscription fee; you still pay for shipping labels. As of October 2026, Sendcloud’s euro pricing page displays Lite from €28 per month, plus €0.10 per label.

Service categories frequently on promotion

Start with Lite if you need a paid Sendcloud plan or your own carrier contract. Growth and Premium have lower per-label processing fees than Lite. Sendcloud’s yearly billing choice advertises 20% off the subscription price.

Services usually excluded from promo codes

Keep the label bill separate. Sendcloud charges label processing fees on top of paid subscriptions, and carrier shipping costs are separate again. The yearly subscription discount is not presented as a discount on either label fees or carrier charges.

Impact of billing cycle on promotional price

The 20% yearly reduction is Sendcloud's clearest published saving. Monthly plans charge the subscription on the first of each month; yearly plans bill once when the subscription starts. Label charges continue on a separate billing schedule, so a yearly plan does not prepay your shipping.

Promo codes vs. automatically applied offers

The yearly price is an automatic Sendcloud billing choice. A Sendcloud promo code or deal from this page is a separate offer; the public pricing page does not promise that it stacks with the yearly reduction. Compare the subscription total for your chosen plan before selecting the deal.

Sendcloud Coupon FAQ

Sendcloud collects subscription fees and shipping costs automatically through direct debit. You must authorize the payment method before you can start shipping your first label. In Account > Billing, open the Payment method tab and select Enable direct debit. Sendcloud redirects you to its payment provider, where you enter your payment credentials and make a €1 authorization payment. Once authorization succeeds, direct debit is activated and linked to your Sendcloud account for subsequent collections. The €1 is automatically refunded to the same payment method used for authorization. This refund can arrive immediately or take up to seven days, depending on the method. For SEPA Direct Debit authorization, allow up to seven days for the €1 refund.

Sendcloud’s Free plan gives you access to its pre-negotiated carrier rates without a subscription fee. Shipping labels still carry shipping costs, so the Free plan does not make parcel delivery free. In Shipping > Shipping prices, you can view the available outbound and return services for each carrier. The rates depend on the countries, parcel dimensions, and weight entered for the shipment. Free accounts ship using Sendcloud’s rates; using your own carrier contract requires a paid subscription. The account’s shipping-price view lets you compare the available methods for the parcel you intend to send. For a return shipment, set the shipment direction to return in Shipping > Shipping prices before comparing the carrier options.

Yearly Sendcloud subscriptions calculate the shipping allowance across the full subscription year. The annual allowance equals 12 times the corresponding monthly limit, counted from your subscription start date. Sendcloud applies an additional €0.15 processing charge to labels created above the allowance for the plan. Yearly billing lets lower-volume months offset busier months within that annual allowance, which matters when evaluating the yearly discount for seasonal shipping. A successfully created label counts toward usage even if it is canceled afterward. Failed label creation with the status announcement failed does not count as a shipment. Sendcloud displays a usage counter in your account and sends in-app and email notifications when you reach 80% and 100% of the allowance.

Sendcloud advertises a 20% subscription discount for yearly billing. The yearly term changes when the subscription is collected: Sendcloud charges it once per year on the subscription start date. In Account > Subscription, the plan and billing term determine the subscription you purchase. A yearly subscription following a trial starts when the trial finishes, and the first invoice covers a full year. Label processing fees remain monthly charges even when the subscription itself is annual. Carrier shipping costs are billed separately from the subscription, so the annual subscription payment does not cover every shipment expense. Before committing to the yearly term, account for the full-year invoice issued at the end of the 14-day trial.

Sendcloud adds €0.15 per label above your plan’s shipping allowance. For monthly subscriptions, Lite has a 400-label allowance, Growth has 1,000, and Premium has 10,000. The additional charge sits on top of the standard label processing fee rather than replacing it. On Lite, the standard €0.10 processing fee becomes €0.25 for each label above the allowance, before carrier shipping costs. Monthly usage runs from the first through the last day of the month, while yearly subscriptions use an annual allowance. Successful labels still count toward that allowance after cancellation. The usage counter in your Sendcloud account shows label creation totals, and the 80% allowance notification provides advance notice before the additional processing charge applies.

You can stop your Sendcloud paid plan renewing by deactivating it before the next billing cycle. Your paid features remain available until the end of the subscription period you have already purchased. In Account > Subscription, select Switch to the Free, tick the confirmation box, and click Deactivate. For a monthly subscription, access continues through the end of the paid month. For a yearly subscription, access continues until the annual renewal date, so deactivation does not immediately remove the remaining paid access. The change stops the next paid subscription renewal while allowing you to finish the current term. The final confirmation button is Deactivate; selecting Switch to the Free is an earlier step in that cancellation process.

Sendcloud refunds shipping costs and the label fee when an unused label is canceled within its cancellation deadline. Carrier deadlines apply, and completing a cancellation can take up to two weeks. In Created Labels, select the shipment, open the dropdown beside Print label, and choose Cancel. Confirming moves the shipment to Cancelled labels. A canceled label can appear on an invoice before a later refund or credit note corrects the charge. An outstanding invoice still needs paying, with the credit applied to a subsequent invoice. After the initial cancellation deadline, shipment cancellation remains possible within 42 days of creation, with a shorter 21-day limit for UPS. For UPS shipments, use that 21-day deadline rather than the general 42-day window.

Carrier surcharges can increase the final cost of a discounted Sendcloud shipment. The shipping price displayed when you create a label is the initial cost, while carriers can assess additional charges after processing the parcel. Weight corrections, parcel dimensions, and the delivery area can lead to surcharges that appear later, including after delivery. In Account > Billing > Invoices, the download menu provides a detailed shipment breakdown alongside the summarized PDF invoice. The itemized file connects shipping charges, surcharges, and refunds to individual shipments, making the extra amount traceable to the parcel concerned. For a specific shipment, download Invoice-items (xlsx) and locate its tracking number in the Reference column to identify the associated charges.

A Sendcloud subscription discount leaves shipment costs and label processing charges as separate billable items. The subscription is a fixed monthly or yearly fee, while label processing pays for creating labels with Sendcloud’s software. In Account > Billing > Invoices, you can download the PDF summary or an itemized shipment breakdown. Label processing fees are billed monthly even when you pay for an annual subscription. The invoice also separates carrier charges, surcharges, and additional services or credits, so the subscription amount is only one component of the total. Its final totals show the taxable amount excluding VAT, VAT by rate, any non-taxable amount, and the total due. For the complete payable figure, use the invoice’s Total Amount rather than its Taxable Amount.
