DJ software, music production tools and audio plugins.

Savings opportunities available through Serato coupon codes

Serato sells DJ software, music production software and audio plugins, with subscriptions and outright purchases available. DJ Pro has a free 14-day trial without a credit card, giving eligible buyers time to choose before paying. DJ Lite is another free starting point. Producer Suite groups Sample, Hex FX and Studio into one subscription with all sound packs. Its checkout subtotal is $9.99 USD monthly before applicable tax. Studio also has a feature-limited Free Mode. The offers on this page belong in the checkout discount field, while the free software and trial are separate ways to begin without buying immediately.

Eligible products and services

Service categories frequently on promotion

Serato separates DJ subscriptions from music production subscriptions and individual software purchases. DJ Pro covers the DJ software itself, while DJ Suite includes DJ Pro, all Expansions and Studio. Producer Suite brings together Sample, Hex FX, Studio and sound packs for a monthly payment. Individual purchases are also available for Sample, Hex FX and Studio. The selected product and payment option determine the order subtotal before any discount is entered. A subscription order identifies the recurring period, while an outright software order presents a purchase total. Those choices define the purchase to which the offers on this page can be submitted.

Services usually excluded from promo codes

Sales tax is a separate checkout line rather than part of the displayed software subtotal. Applicable taxes are added during the order process, and website prices exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. DJ Pro and DJ Suite are separate purchase options; Producer Suite is a different subscription covering music production tools. Buying Studio individually is another distinct order instead of subscribing to that bundle. Subscription renewals use Serato’s current pricing immediately before renewal. A bank may also charge for currency conversion or processing in another country. These separately calculated amounts matter when comparing the software subtotal with the full payment total.

Factors influencing the final discount value

Impact of billing cycle on promotional price

Serato charges subscription fees in advance for the billing cycle selected in the order or account. Subscriptions support monthly or annual billing, with the initial subscription fee shown in the order. The DJ Pro order reviewed here is monthly: its $11.99 USD subtotal becomes $14.51 USD with the displayed 21% sales tax. An outright DJ Pro purchase has a $299.00 USD subtotal instead. Subscriptions automatically renew at the current price for the selected renewal period. Stopping a subscription before renewal leaves access available through the paid cycle; cancellation takes effect when that cycle ends.

Promo codes vs. automatically applied offers

The offers on this page use Serato’s checkout entry mechanism when they require a discount code. The order review provides a Discount code field and an Apply control before the sign-in step. The subtotal, sales tax and total are displayed together in the order summary. Serato’s free DJ Lite download and DJ Pro trial follow their own download and activation routes rather than requiring a paid checkout. A paid subscription’s first fee is the amount shown in its order. Subsequent subscription charges follow the selected renewal period and Serato’s current pricing immediately before that renewal.

Accessing active codes for Serato

Choose the software and its Subscribe or Buy option first to reach Review your order. The Order summary lists the selected product, Subtotal, sales tax and Total. Beneath that summary, enter the relevant offer in the field labelled Discount code and select Apply. Sign in to continue appears after the discount area, with Payment methods underneath it. The monthly DJ Pro order identifies its total as a recurring monthly amount, whereas the outright purchase shows a single total. An invalid entry displays “Code is invalid”; placing an order requires a Serato account. Scroll up for the current Serato offers.

Serato Discount FAQs

Enter a Serato promo code in the Discount code field on Review your order, then select Apply. The purchase route starts with the software’s Subscribe or Buy option, which opens an order for that specific product. Order summary appears above the discount area and lists the product name, subtotal, sales tax and total. A subscription summary also identifies the recurring payment period, so its total has a different meaning from an outright purchase total. Sign in to continue comes after the discount area, and placing an order requires a Serato account. Accepted orders receive an emailed purchase confirmation, with the ordered product supplied after full payment.

Serato displays “Code is invalid” when checkout rejects an invalid discount code. The code goes in the Discount code box on Review your order and is submitted with Apply before sign-in. The same order summary identifies the selected product and distinguishes its subtotal from the tax and total payment. Applicable taxes are added during ordering, rather than being assumed inside the displayed website price. A monthly subscription review identifies a recurring amount, while an outright software purchase shows a single order total. Serato also reserves the right to reject an order containing a pricing error. A rejected discount leaves the selected order’s displayed payment amount in place.

Serato subscriptions renew using the current pricing immediately before renewal, with the first fee shown in the order. That initial amount is charged in advance for the billing cycle chosen during ordering or changed through the account. Automatic renewal continues for the selected period unless the subscription is stopped before it renews. Serato can change product prices and will notify an ongoing subscriber of a price change before the billing cycle ends. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the existing paid cycle rather than immediately removing access. Selecting the account’s cancel option before renewal prevents the next recurring cycle from starting.

You can stop a Serato subscription before renewal, and access continues until the paid billing period ends. Cancellation is managed from the Serato account rather than through the checkout discount field used for the original order. Subscriptions & Payments opens the relevant account section, where the Subscriptions card contains Cancel subscription for each subscription. Serato sends an email notification confirming cancellation, and the change takes effect at the end of the current cycle. The remaining paid period is not refunded unless applicable law requires it. An account cancellation made before the next renewal stops a further recurring charge while retaining the access already purchased.

Serato does not refund purchases except under its stated exceptions or applicable law, so a discount does not create a refund entitlement. Faulty software can receive a remedy such as repair, replacement or a refund as required by applicable consumer law. A buyer who rejects the product’s EULA may request a return and refund by contacting sales@serato.com immediately. That EULA route requires the product to remain unused, and a refunded product is deactivated so it cannot be used afterward. Subscription fees are also non-refundable unless law requires otherwise. The unused-product condition makes requesting that EULA refund before using the software essential to this specific return route.

Serato may deduct a proportionate amount for service supplied before an EEA or UK consumer communicates withdrawal. The statutory withdrawal period is 14 days from the purchase of a Serato product and does not require a reason. This consumer right has an activation condition: downloading or activating the purchased product within that period may count as immediate contract performance. Once downloading or activation begins, the buyer may lose the right to withdraw. Other mandatory consumer rights still apply, and faulty products can qualify for a remedy under applicable law. Keeping the purchased software undownloaded and inactive preserves the distinction between an unused purchase and immediate performance.

Eligible new DJ Pro users can start a free 14-day trial without supplying credit card details before choosing a paid purchase. Eligibility requires not having used DJ Pro before and having DJ hardware that requires a paid upgrade. The trial starts after downloading the software, opening DJ Pro and clicking the activation notification. Full DJ Pro access and all Expansions are included during the trial period. After it ends, the choices are to buy DJ Pro, subscribe, continue with free DJ Lite or use DJ Pro’s limited Practice Mode. Trial activation through the software gives access before a separate paid subscription or outright purchase is selected.

The DJ Pro monthly subscription has a Discount code field, so the code entry step is available on that billing option. The checkout reviewed shows an $11.99 USD subtotal, $2.52 sales tax and a $14.51 USD monthly total at 21% tax. The displayed tax belongs to that order; applicable tax is added during checkout and depends on the purchase circumstances. Subscription fees are collected in advance and renew automatically for the selected period at current pricing. DJ Pro also has a Buy option that creates an outright software order instead of that recurring subscription. Selecting the monthly subscription establishes the recurring period shown beside the total before payment.

Serato accepts credit cards, debit cards and PayPal, with the payment options displayed beneath the order review. A code-required offer is entered in Discount code and submitted with Apply before Sign in to continue. Applicable tax is shown during the order process and added to the order amount, rather than being assumed inside the website’s product price. Depending on location, currency conversion or processing in another country can also lead to additional bank fees. Subscription payment details can be maintained under Subscriptions & Payments in the account. The SAVED PAYMENT METHODS card provides + Add New, Update and Delete controls for managing the method used for recurring billing.

A Serato subscription upgrade charges the higher-value product amount less the pro-rata payment for remaining days on the existing subscription. Changing to a higher-value product is handled by signing into the Serato account, where the subscription can be changed if that product is available. The upgrade charge is a one-off fee payable on the date of the upgrade. That date then becomes the start of a new billing cycle for the upgraded subscription. Account navigation uses Subscriptions & Payments and the relevant subscription’s Change subscription control. Remaining paid days are credited through that pro-rata calculation, which directly affects the amount due when the upgrade begins.
