The paid period therefore remains available after the cancellation request, with its end determining when subscription access and remaining credits expire.

Sivi downgrades take effect at the next renewal rather than immediately. A lower subscription, including the Free plan, can be selected through User Profile and Billing & Usage when the current tier is more than you need. Switch Plan displays the choices; selecting Downgrade for the required option leads to a confirmation prompt that must be entered and confirmed. The scheduling of that change preserves the current paid subscription until the renewal boundary. Unused credits do not roll into a new billing cycle, and partially used subscriptions are non-refundable. The lower plan changes future billing rather than returning part of the amount already paid.
