Skool provides community subscriptions with courses, videos and live calls.

Savings opportunities available through Skool coupon codes

Skool offers lower subscription spending through Hobby, yearly billing and a free trial. The platform hosts communities with courses, videos and live calls. Hobby costs $9 a month, while Pro costs $99 a month. Yearly billing offers 2 months free, and both plans begin with a 14 day free trial. Paid membership transactions also carry processing fees, so the subscription amount is one part of the cost of running a paid community. Pro includes the first custom URL change at no additional cost; later changes are separately charged.

Eligible products and services

Service categories frequently on promotion

Skool's plan offers relate to Hobby and Pro community subscriptions. Both include unlimited members, courses, videos and live calls. Monthly and Yearly are the available billing choices, and the selected subscription term determines the recurring billing period. The group owner authorizes payment in advance for the selected plan. Subscription fees accrue from the beginning of each paid term and each renewal until cancellation. A Pro account also supports group ownership transfers. A Hobby owner needs an upgrade to Pro before transferring ownership, and that upgrade incurs a charge.

Services usually excluded from promo codes

Separate charges remain part of the Skool purchase beyond the community subscription. Additional services can require fees outside the subscription, and group owners are responsible for applicable taxes. Paid membership transactions incur processing fees, which are non-refundable. Pro includes the first custom URL change; subsequent changes cost $100 each and are non-refundable purchases. Transferring a Hobby group requires a paid upgrade to Pro, and reactivation by the new owner also incurs a charge. Those transfer-related charges are non-refundable. The new owner supplies payment information to reactivate the archived group.

Factors influencing the final discount value

Impact of billing cycle on promotional price

Skool offers monthly and annual subscription terms, with 2 months free through the yearly billing option. Paid billing begins after the trial, and the subscription renews for successive periods matching the original term. Payment failure can lead to modified, suspended or canceled access. Cancellation preserves access through the end of the billing period, after which the group is archived and existing content becomes read-only. Paid fees are non-refundable under the standard payment policy. An updated subscription card takes effect from the next billing cycle, when that card is charged.

Promo codes vs. automatically applied offers

Skool's yearly savings are associated with the Yearly billing choice on its pricing screen. Hobby and Pro each have a TRY FOR FREE button, and their trials lead into recurring subscriptions. Referral links identify the referrer during community creation and attribute qualifying group creation to that referrer. The referral programme pays commissions to the person referring another customer. Self-referrals are prohibited. Subscription renewal continues automatically for the agreed billing period until cancellation. An applicable promotional offer can specify different treatment of partial-period refunds under the subscription terms.

Accessing active codes for Skool

Skool Discount FAQs

Choose Yearly billing for Skool's offer of 2 months free. The pricing screen places Monthly and Yearly above the Hobby and Pro plan choices. Both plans have a TRY FOR FREE button and include unlimited members, courses, videos and live calls. The yearly choice establishes an annual subscription term, and renewals continue for periods matching that term. Both plans become recurring subscriptions after the free trial ends. Existing owners manage their subscription through community SETTINGS, Billing and Manage subscription. Cancellation keeps access through the paid billing period, with the group archived afterward. Paid subscription fees remain subject to the refund terms of the purchase.

Your Skool group moves into a recurring paid subscription after its 14 day free trial. Hobby and Pro both follow this trial arrangement. Fees are calculated from the day the paid subscription commences and accrue at the start of each term or successive renewal. Billing then continues through successive renewal periods until cancellation. Subscription payment details are managed from SETTINGS in the community and the Billing tab. Update payment method changes the card associated with the group subscription. That updated card is charged from the next billing cycle. The subscription's paid fees are non-refundable under the standard payment policy, including when the group is unused.

Skool's standard group subscription policy makes paid fees non-refundable. An applicable promotional offer can specifically provide a different rule for refunds covering partial billing periods. The standard policy also excludes refunds for full or partial periods and for leaving the platform unused. Canceling the subscription stops further billing while preserving access through the current paid period. Monthly invoice records and the card billed are available through community SETTINGS, Billing, Manage subscription and View payment history. Selecting an invoice opens it in a new tab. A cancellation request can also be sent to Skool's support email, and cancellation does not itself establish refund eligibility.

Cancel your Skool free trial through the group's subscription controls before the trial becomes a paid subscription. Open the relevant community's SETTINGS, enter Billing and select Manage subscription. The next action is Cancel subscription, which completes cancellation of the trial or subscription. In the app, the settings menu scrolls horizontally to reach Billing. Skool saves the group's existing content, and the group can be reactivated later. For a subscription already paid, access continues until the billing period ends, followed by archival with read-only content. Cancellation avoids further subscription billing; it does not refund charges already paid under the standard subscription policy.

Your Skool yearly subscription renews for annual terms until you or Skool cancel it. The Yearly option offers 2 months free and appears alongside Monthly above the plan choices. Hobby and Pro become recurring subscriptions after a 14 day free trial. Fees accrue at the beginning of each paid term, including successive renewals, even when the group is unused. Subscription cancellation requests can also be emailed to Skool's support address. Cancellation preserves access until the billing period ends, then archives the group with existing content available read-only. Existing owners reach the cancellation controls through community SETTINGS, Billing, Manage subscription and Cancel subscription.

Skool Pro includes the first custom URL change at no additional cost; subsequent changes cost $100 each. A new community starts with a temporary URL, and custom URL changes are available on Pro. Open the community's SETTINGS, choose General and select CLAIM URL to check the desired address. An available address can be claimed through that button. Changing the URL requires a paid account, with UPGRADE NOW providing the upgrade route. After upgrading, CHANGE URL completes the change immediately. A later URL change is a separate, non-refundable purchase, and the custom URL stays active while the Pro subscription remains active.

Skool recommends transferring near the end of the billing cycle to minimize the charges involved. Ownership transfer is supported on Pro, so a Hobby owner must first upgrade and pay the upgrade charge. The intended new owner needs to join the group and become an admin before receiving ownership. The current owner makes those role changes from the member's membership controls. Transfer archives the group, and the previous owner becomes an admin. The new owner then supplies payment information to reactivate it, which also incurs a charge. Both charges are non-refundable. Schedule the transfer 1 day before your billing date to follow Skool's cost-saving guidance.

Update the card for your Skool group through SETTINGS, Billing and Update payment method. This changes the card attached to the group subscription, and the new card is charged starting with the next billing cycle. All subscription fees are quoted and payable in United States Dollars. Subscription history is available separately through Billing and Manage subscription. View payment history lists monthly invoices alongside the associated card billed, and selecting an invoice opens it in a new tab. A payment method that expires or is declined can lead to modified, suspended or canceled access. Renewals continue for the agreed term until the subscription is canceled.

Skool prohibits self-referrals, so your own referral link cannot be used for a qualifying self-referral. The programme attributes another customer's group creation to the referrer and pays that referrer a subscription-based commission. Referral links are available from the profile Settings area under Affiliates. During community creation, the signup flow identifies who referred the customer. The most recent affiliate link click receives attribution under the programme's last-touch model. Changing group ownership cancels the existing affiliate attribution, and archiving the group stops commissions. These conditions concern referral rewards and remain relevant when a referred customer chooses a different subscription plan, which changes the commission accordingly.

Skool charges processing fees on paid membership transactions alongside the group subscription. Hobby transactions carry a 10% fee plus 30c for each transaction. On Pro, transactions up to $899 carry a 2.9% fee plus 30c; larger transactions follow a different fee tier. These transaction fees are non-refundable. The group's cashflow view records payment processing fees separately from membership subscription income and refunds. A membership refund appears in cashflow when it is created. Monthly membership charges are recorded using the payment date, while annual membership charges appear in the month charged. The selected plan's subscription amount and its transaction fees therefore represent different charges.
