Server-side tracking hosting and gateways for analytics and advertising.

Savings opportunities available through Stape coupon codes

Stape offers several ways to start server-side tracking with a smaller bill. The Free plan is $0 per month, while yearly billing reduces the charge compared with equivalent monthly subscriptions. Pro is billed $200 yearly for buyers choosing that commitment. Gateway trials provide another route to use a service before moving to paid billing. Stape sells container hosting and gateways as product subscriptions, with each subscription billed independently. The offers on this page belong alongside those choices: a container code is entered during the subscription process, and consolidated invoicing provides a separate route for an invoice-wide promotion.

Eligible products and services

Service categories frequently on promotion

Stape subscriptions cover Server GTM Hosting, Signals Gateway and dedicated gateways, with monthly and annual billing choices. Business is billed $1000 yearly, and Enterprise is billed $2000 yearly on the server-side GTM pricing menu. Container hosting uses request quotas; Signals Gateway uses event quotas. Dedicated gateway subscriptions instead depend on pixels or domains, so the selected product and capacity determine the amount being purchased. Features and power-ups unlock through the chosen tier rather than a separate add-on purchase. A consolidated invoice groups paid subscriptions that share a billing cycle, and newly added subscriptions join their corresponding invoice automatically.

Services usually excluded from promo codes

Stape bills some purchases separately from container hosting, so a subscription discount needs to be considered alongside those other charges. Paid apps have independent pricing and appear as additional billing lines. Stape Care is payable in addition to an existing subscription or product. A dedicated gateway is also its own product subscription rather than part of a container hosting payment. Taxes depend on billing country and contribute to the invoice where applicable. These separate charges differ from power-ups, which unlock by plan tier. For consolidated invoicing, the selected sub account brings all its subscriptions into the combined bill.

Factors influencing the final discount value

Impact of billing cycle on promotional price

Yearly billing is discounted against the equivalent monthly subscription across Stape’s paid tiers and products. The selected cycle starts when the subscription begins and renews on that day in each period. Subscription fees are prepaid in full, making an annual choice a payment for the complete annual term. An existing monthly subscription can move to Annual billing through Change plan, and that switch takes effect immediately. Moving from yearly billing to monthly requires support. Changes to a subscription’s published price apply from the next billing period. Mixed monthly and annual subscriptions produce separate consolidated invoices for their respective cycles.

Promo codes vs. automatically applied offers

Stape’s yearly billing discount comes from selecting the longer subscription term. A typed container promotion follows a different path through Change billing info, Add promo code and Apply. Standard accounts can also add a promotion while enabling consolidated invoicing under invoice Settings. With consolidated invoicing active, only one promo code can cover the subscriptions; that rule also covers eligible sub accounts billed through an Agency or Partner. For Agency and Partner invoices, the promotion takes effect at the next renewal. Adding a sub account during an existing cycle still produces an immediate charge for the remaining portion of that cycle.

Accessing active codes for Stape

Stape’s container promotion starts inside the account, after selecting the container to upgrade. Choose Upgrade container, pick the subscription plan and open Change billing info. Add promo code reveals the text bar; Apply submits the entered promotion before the final Subscribe action. The plan-change dialog also lets the buyer choose Monthly or Annual billing and shows the payment card at the bottom, with Update available to change it. Agency and Partner consolidated billing uses the field under Billing → Accounts instead. Its promotion affects the next consolidated invoice renewal, so its timing differs from completing a new container subscription. Scroll up for the current Stape offers.

Stape Discount FAQs

Enter your Stape container promo code through Change billing info, then Add promo code, before completing the subscription. Start in your account with the container you want to upgrade, because the promotion belongs to that subscription flow. Upgrade container opens the plan choice; after choosing the subscription, the billing controls provide the text bar and Apply action. The final Subscribe button completes the purchase after the promotion has been submitted. In the plan-change dialog, Monthly and Annual determine the billing cycle, while the card displayed at the bottom identifies the payment method being charged. Update lets you select another saved card or add a different one before confirming the subscription.

Stape consolidated invoicing permits only one promo code across its subscriptions, so multiple codes cannot apply together there. For Agency and Partner billing, the code is added in Billing → Accounts, and its discount starts at the next consolidated invoice renewal. A newly added sub account is charged immediately for the remaining part of the existing cycle, which is a different event from that renewal. Standard accounts add their consolidated promotion under Billing → Invoices, in Settings, and finish with Save. Individual container subscriptions instead use Change billing info, Add promo code and Apply before Subscribe. The account’s billing arrangement therefore determines both the entry location and the payment event affected by the promotion.

Yes, Stape lets an existing monthly subscription switch to Annual billing, which is discounted against the equivalent monthly term. Open the container or gateway and use Change plan in the top right corner. Select the tier you already use, choose Annual, and confirm through the button for continuing with that plan. The change takes effect immediately rather than waiting for a future monthly renewal. Annual subscription fees are prepaid in full, so the billing commitment changes along with the payment schedule. Your saved payment method also handles upgrades and recurring subscription charges. A later move back from yearly to monthly billing goes through the support team rather than the same immediate self-service switch.

Your Stape Agency consolidated invoice promo discount begins at the next renewal of that invoice. Billing → Accounts contains the promotion field for subscriptions paid through the Agency or Partner account. Consolidated invoicing groups subscriptions by billing cycle, with monthly subscriptions on their monthly invoice and annual subscriptions on their annual invoice. Taking over a sub account during an existing cycle creates an immediate charge covering only the remaining part of that period. That initial charge happens separately from the next consolidated renewal where the discount applies. Any subscription subsequently added by a sub account joins the appropriate invoice automatically, and the total is recalculated. Billing → Invoices shows which subscriptions were paid through the managing account.

Only one Stape promo code can apply across subscriptions while consolidated invoicing is active. The same restriction applies to eligible sub accounts whose subscriptions are paid by an Agency or Partner. Consolidation groups active subscriptions into invoices according to their billing cycle, so a mix of monthly and annual subscriptions produces separate invoices. On a Standard account, Billing → Invoices leads to Settings, where Consolidate subscriptions into single invoice enables the feature. Add promo code is part of that setup, followed by Save. The switch appears after a billing method has been added. When an Agency or Partner covers a sub account, every subscription of that account is included rather than selected products being picked individually.

Stape provides a 7-day gateway trial separately from the process for entering a container promo code. Its dedicated gateways move to a paid plan for continued use after the trial period. Server GTM hosting instead has a recurring Free allowance of 10,000 requests per month, while Signals Gateway provides 10,000 events per month free. Those allowances follow usage quotas rather than a short gateway trial. Consolidated invoicing changes trial access: a Standard account cannot start gateway trials while that feature is enabled. Turning consolidation on during an active gateway trial automatically moves it to the lowest paid plan. The billing arrangement therefore matters before a buyer chooses consolidation while still using a trial.

Stape accepts credit and debit cards, with PayPal and Amazon Pay available depending on billing country. Custom plan payments are arranged with the sales team before subscribing. Billing country determines the payment processor and applicable taxes, while billing information includes an address and any applicable VAT or tax ID. The saved payment method is charged for subscription renewals and upgrades, including automatic upgrades triggered by excess requests. In the subscription dialog, the card at the bottom is the one selected for charging; Update changes that selection. Saving card details matters for subsequent payments: an unsaved card covers the immediate charge only, and a failed renewal can pause the container or gateway.

Stape subscription refund eligibility depends on billing term, recent payment and whether the container has been used in that cycle. Monthly full refunds are available within 3 days even after requests, or within 14 days when there has been no real traffic. Yearly plans allow full refunds within 30 days of the latest payment with usage, or within 60 days without usage. Each renewal starts the refund clock again from the latest payment. Partial refunds are calculated from the unused portion of a cycle, with support confirming the amount before processing. A refund request includes the account email or ID, product name or ID, payment amount and reason. Support assesses that request against the refund policy before approving it.

Cancel the Stape subscription and finish through its confirmation email to turn off automatic renewal. The cancellation control sits under the three dots at the top right of the selected container or gateway. Choose Cancel Subscription, provide the reason and complete the cancellation confirmations. The product continues on the paid plan until the end of the cycle already purchased. After that, a container moves to Free and its lower limits apply, while dedicated gateways are disabled. The saved configuration remains, but features outside the Free tier become unavailable. Re-subscribing from the dashboard restores the chosen paid plan with the setup already in place. Completing the email step is part of stopping the next charge.

Yes, Stape can move a paid subscription to a higher tier when auto-upgrade is enabled and its usage quota is exhausted. Traffic continues during that upgrade, and the saved payment method covers the resulting charge. With auto-upgrade disabled, an exhausted container or Signals Gateway stops serving traffic until the next billing period instead. Unused quota does not roll forward, and each product subscription has its own allowance. A refund request for an unwanted automatic upgrade uses the refund windows counted from that upgrade payment. Refunding the upgrade pauses the container, with a grace period activating for Business and higher plans. The Subscription tab contains the auto-upgrade control that determines this billing behavior.
