Dynamic QR Codes and Digital Business Cards for businesses.

Savings opportunities available through Uniqode coupon codes

Uniqode offers paid dynamic QR Codes and Digital Business Cards, with free options for simpler needs. Static QR Codes cost nothing, while the Free Cards plan covers a single user. The QR Code trial lasts 14 days and requires no credit card, giving you time to decide before paying. Essential starts at $9 a month when billed yearly. Team Cards costs $6 per user per month on annual billing. Upgrades credit unused subscription time toward the new plan, so moving to a higher tier includes an adjustment for the period already paid.

Eligible products and services

Service categories frequently on promotion

Uniqode's QR Code subscriptions are Essential, Core, Plus, Business+ and Enterprise. Their published monthly rates represent annual billing, with prices stated in USD. Essential includes 15 dynamic QR Codes, Core includes 250, and Plus includes 500. Business+ includes 2,000; Enterprise limits and pricing are custom. Digital Business Cards have a separate Free, Team and Business+ plan structure. Team is charged per user, with a minimum of one user. The subscription tier, active QR Code allowance and number of card users therefore define the purchase being selected before any promotional adjustment.

Services usually excluded from promo codes

Uniqode prices subscription capacity and optional extras separately. Plus has optional custom-domain and Single Sign-On add-ons, while additional QR Codes, Linkpages and Form responses use pay-as-you-go add-ons. Extra QR Codes are supplied in packs of 50; additional Linkpages can be purchased individually. Business+ includes one custom domain and Single Sign-On within its plan. Applicable taxes sit outside the subscription fees and are payable by the customer. Digital Business Cards use their own plan pricing rather than the QR Code subscription table, with Team billed by the number of card users.

Factors influencing the final discount value

Impact of billing cycle on promotional price

Uniqode's advertised QR Code rates use yearly billing rather than a monthly payment schedule. Essential is $9 a month and Core is $49 a month on that basis. QR Code customers can contact support or their account manager to confirm monthly availability and pricing for their plan. Cards subscriptions are annual, and an annual Cards subscription cannot switch to monthly billing. Auto-renewal starts enabled on Uniqode accounts. Turning it off stops future renewal billing while the paid period remains available. An upgrade is prorated within the existing cycle and preserves the original renewal date.

Promo codes vs. automatically applied offers

Uniqode's free trial and Free Cards plan are direct ways to start without an upfront subscription payment. The trial does not require a credit card, and its end does not trigger a charge. Free Cards remain active indefinitely with Free plan features. Paid subscriptions have auto-renewal enabled by default, which the Owner or Master Administrator can disable in account settings. Upgrading a paid plan automatically prorates the payment and credits unused time from the current subscription. That billing adjustment is tied to the remaining cycle, and the original renewal date stays in place.

Uniqode Discount FAQs

Uniqode's free trial starts without a credit card or an upfront payment. The trial lasts 14 days, and its expiry does not generate a charge. At the signup entry, choose QR Codes and select Next to begin the account setup. Dynamic QR Codes created during the trial need a paid subscription to remain active afterward. To select that subscription, the dashboard route is Account, then Change Plan under Billing Details. The account Owner controls billing access, so another team member may not see those options. Keeping trial-created dynamic QR Codes available requires purchasing a subscription before they become inactive at the end of the trial.

Uniqode dynamic QR Codes stop working when the trial ends unless you purchase a subscription. Dynamic codes require an active paid plan for continued use, including editable destinations and scan analytics. Static QR Codes follow different rules: they are free and do not expire, but their destination cannot be changed after creation. A trial account can move to a paid subscription through Account and Change Plan under Billing Details. The selected tier determines the available dynamic QR Code capacity, from Essential through the larger plans. Purchasing a plan keeps trial-created dynamic QR Codes active; leaving the trial without a subscription makes those codes inactive.

Uniqode static QR Codes do not expire when the trial finishes. They are free to create and do not require a paid subscription, unlike dynamic QR Codes. The static destination is fixed at creation, so an existing static code cannot be edited to send visitors somewhere else. Static codes also do not include scan tracking or analytics. Dynamic codes support destination changes and analytics but require an active subscription after the trial. The free trial needs no credit card, so letting it finish does not create a subscription charge. A permanent destination without tracking fits the free static option; an editable destination requires the dynamic subscription route.

Uniqode's refund rule makes fees fully refundable when you terminate the account within 30 days of becoming a paid customer. The rule applies to fees paid, with eligibility tied to that initial paid-customer window. Cancellation takes place within Account settings, through Billing and the Cancel Subscription section. You select a cancellation reason and finish with Cancel subscription; the dashboard shows how long access remains available. After cancellation, an eligible charge can be submitted for a refund. The returned payment reaches the card within 5 to 7 business days after processing, depending on the issuer. A refund receipt is sent by email when the refund is issued.

Disable Uniqode auto-renewal to stop future subscription billing. Auto-renewal is enabled by default, and account usage does not determine whether another term is billed. The Owner or Master Administrator can turn off auto-renewal from account settings, or ask support to disable it. The cancellation route opens Billing under Account and uses Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the page. A reason is requested before the final Cancel subscription action, and the dashboard shows the end of the active period. Paid access continues through the current cycle. Cancellation before the scheduled renewal avoids an outstanding renewal invoice that could otherwise remain due after a failed payment.

Uniqode credits unused time on your current plan toward the upgrade and prorates the payment for the remaining billing cycle. The upgrade retains your original renewal date, rather than starting a new subscription period. You can change a QR Code plan through Account, then Change Plan under Billing Details, and select the higher tier. Moving to QR Code Business+ requires a conversation with the sales team instead of a dashboard switch. Upgrades are not restricted by the current QR Code count. Downgrades follow different rules and are not prorated. Scheduling a downgrade for renewal avoids interrupting the subscription period that the existing payment already covers.

Uniqode QR Code plans use annual billing by default; monthly availability and pricing need confirmation from support or your account manager. The displayed monthly QR Code rates are annual-billing equivalents in USD, rather than a promise of monthly payments. Cards subscriptions have a different rule: they are billed annually and cannot move from an annual to a monthly cycle. Paid Cards subscriptions also use an annual subscription model rather than a one-time purchase. Plan changes are available through Account and Change Plan in Billing Details. An upgrade is prorated into the existing billing cycle, so its payment covers the remaining period and preserves your renewal date.

Uniqode's Free Cards plan provides a digital business card at no cost. The plan covers one user and remains free and active indefinitely with Free plan features. A Free account has no recurring charges or active subscription, so updating a payment method is unnecessary to avoid billing. Additional users require a move to a paid Cards plan, with Team supporting a minimum of one user and expansion beyond that. Paid Cards subscriptions use annual billing and cannot switch to monthly. After an upgrade, paid services remain accessible throughout the subscription period. Canceling before annual renewal preserves that paid access until the current term ends.

You can request a Uniqode refund after canceling shortly following an automatic renewal. Charges made within the last 30 days are eligible for a refund request. Older payments require proof of prior cancellation, such as the confirmation email generated when the subscription was canceled. The account's Billing area includes the cancellation action; support can help finish the process if that action fails. Once the subscription is canceled, request a refund for the eligible charge. A refund receipt arrives by email after issue, and card processing takes 5 to 7 business days depending on the payment provider. The cancellation confirmation provides evidence that billing should have stopped.

Uniqode accepts major credit cards, and applicable taxes are separate from subscription fees. Supported cards include Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Subscription fees are paid in advance, with the customer responsible for applicable taxes in the relevant jurisdiction. The account Owner or Primary Admin can update billing through the upper-right profile menu, Billing and Manage billing. That button opens the billing portal in a new tab, with Payment method and Billing Information below the plan breakdown. Some failed renewals require completion of a card's 3D Secure authentication. If a subscription lapses while using legacy pricing, restoring that pricing requires Support approval after the failed renewal.
