Vocalzone throat pastilles, spray, tea and merchandise.
Savings opportunities available through Vocalzone coupon codes
Vocalzone sells throat pastilles, spray, tea and merchandise, with savings through subscriptions, points and a qualifying free-tin promotion. Vocalzone Throat Pastilles - Original costs £5.99 including VAT for a one-time purchase. Vocalzone Throat Pastilles Original Monthly Subscription is £4.79 a month including VAT. Points provide credit for a later purchase, with 100 Vocalzone Points worth £1. Buying 5 or more packs of throat pastilles qualifies for a free tin, subject to availability. The tin is selected in the basket, where a different design may be substituted when the preferred design is unavailable.
Eligible products and services
Service categories frequently on promotion
Monthly subscriptions cover throat pastilles, spray and tea, while the free-tin promotion specifically rewards purchases of throat pastilles. The standard shop also sells pocket tins and merchandise as separate products. Product prices distinguish amounts excluding VAT from totals including VAT where applicable. For EU customers, the amount can change in the basket with the destination country's VAT rate. Quantities are selected before adding a subscription package to the basket. Shipping is calculated separately, with postage based on size and weight. The basket lists each product's price, quantity and subtotal before presenting the order total.
Services usually excluded from promo codes
A product discount sits alongside separately calculated delivery and applicable tax charges. The basket lists shipping apart from the product subtotal and includes VAT in its displayed total. For EU orders, customs duties are calculated at checkout, and local customs or postal charges may also apply. Pocket tins and merchandise have their own shop prices; the qualifying pastille promotion supplies one free tin per transaction. Refunds exclude the extra charge for choosing delivery other than standard delivery. Promotions and prices from third-party resellers do not apply to purchases made on vocalzone.com.
Factors influencing the final discount value
Impact of billing cycle on promotional price
Vocalzone subscriptions charge monthly, starting with an immediate payment for the current order. The package is charged again on the corresponding calendar day, with an account area for subscription details. The basket separates the initial total from Recurring totals and shows the first renewal. Changing package details authorises the updated billing amount and can move the subscription date. Cancellation stops future orders and charges; an order already billed follows the subscription refund process. Subscription price changes require notice and take effect no earlier than 30 days after that notice.
Promo codes vs. automatically applied offers
Voucher discounts use the basket's coupon box, while the qualifying free-tin offer appears in the basket for selection. The tin benefit is limited to one per transaction and depends on available stock. Points redemption follows another route: an account holder logs in and selects the redeem points option at checkout. Points can be used on the next purchase or saved for a later order. Promotions expire, and offers, promotions and codes are non-transferrable. Vocalzone can withdraw them. Special points events can reward the whole range or selected products, with announcements through the website, social channels and newsletter.
Accessing active codes for Vocalzone
Choose the product and quantity first, then add it to the basket. The Coupon field sits below the product rows, beside Apply coupon and above Basket totals. The basket summary displays the subtotal, shipping calculation and total including VAT; a subscription adds Recurring totals. Proceed to checkout opens billing details and the order summary. Checkout also has Have a coupon? followed by Click here to enter your code. Promotions cease to be valid after their expiry date. Vocalzone offers email technical support for problems redeeming a voucher, so the offers on this page belong in that basket field. Scroll up for the current Vocalzone offers.

Vocalzone excludes the additional delivery cost when you chose a service other than standard delivery from the refunded order total. Postage charges are calculated by size and weight, which makes the delivery selection part of the purchase amount. For a change-of-mind web return, the request must reach Vocalzone within 14 days of receiving the order. You must contact Vocalzone before sending goods back and return them in the condition originally supplied. Opened or damaged products are not accepted through that return process. If the purchase has a problem, Vocalzone provides a different remedy: a prepaid envelope for the return and an exchange or full refund.
Enter your Vocalzone promo code in the basket's Coupon field and select Apply coupon. The box is below the product rows, before the Basket totals section. Each row shows the product, price, quantity and subtotal, so the selected purchase is visible alongside the coupon controls. Basket totals separates the product subtotal from shipping and presents a total that includes VAT. A monthly subscription also produces a Recurring totals section and a first-renewal entry. Proceed to checkout leads to billing details and the order summary. There is another entry route there: Have a coupon? opens Click here to enter your code before the Billing details section.
An expired Vocalzone promotion is no longer valid, and voucher redemption problems can be referred to email technical support. Promotions have an expiry date, and Vocalzone also reserves the right to withdraw offers and promotional codes. The voucher belongs in the basket page box, with Apply coupon beside the Coupon field. Offers and codes are non-transferrable, so the promotion's ownership matters when redeeming it. Reseller promotions and reseller prices do not apply to orders on vocalzone.com. The basket's product rows identify the selected items before the totals section. For a redemption problem, Vocalzone's email technical support is the stated route to help with the voucher.
You redeem Vocalzone Points by logging into your account and selecting the redeem points option at checkout. The credit applies against your next purchase, or the points can be saved for a later transaction. A balance of 100 Vocalzone Points is worth £1 of website credit. The My Vocalzone Points section provides access to the account's points balance, and account enquiries can be sent to Vocalzone. There is no minimum accumulated balance required before redemption and no upper limit on points redeemed against the next order. Login matters for this discount: the redemption steps use the points attached to your account, with the redeem points control at checkout.
Yes, Vocalzone Points can be saved for a later purchase instead of being redeemed against the next order. Spending earns points for a subsequent transaction, with every £1 spent earning 3 points. The website credit conversion is 100 points for £1, and redemption has neither a minimum balance requirement nor an upper limit on the next order. Special points events can include double points across the range or points offers for specific products. These events are communicated through Vocalzone's website, social channels and newsletter. The My Vocalzone Points account section shows the balance available to keep or redeem, and using the credit requires being logged in at checkout.
Vocalzone's web-order refund process allows a request within 14 days of receiving the order, with goods returned in their original condition. Contact with Vocalzone is required before any goods are sent back. Damaged or opened products cannot be accepted as returns under this process. The total order cost is refunded except for additional costs of a delivery choice other than standard delivery. Refund processing takes place within 2 working days of the return arriving, with up to 10 working days allowed for the money to appear in the bank account. For a purchase problem, Vocalzone can provide a prepaid return envelope and an exchange or full refund.
You can cancel a Vocalzone subscription at any time, stopping future orders and charges from cancellation. The subscription starts with an immediate charge for the current order and continues with monthly billing. Subscription details are accessible through the account area, where package changes are also handled. If an order has already been billed, contacting Vocalzone starts the cancellation process for that purchase. An order that has not been dispatched can be cancelled and refunded for that month and subsequent months. Once dispatched, the goods must be returned before the subscription is refunded. Resuming after that cancellation requires ordering the subscription again, so cancelling future deliveries and returning an existing shipment are separate steps.
Changing your Vocalzone subscription package authorises the updated billing amount and can change your subscription date. The package is built by selecting the quantities required before checkout. Subsequent monthly charges cover that package, and adjustments are made by logging into the account. You remain responsible for uncollected payments when details are changed, while an unsettled payment can suspend the subscription until valid payment is obtained. Taxes and possible transaction fees are charged alongside subscription billing; some payment providers can also charge foreign transaction fees. Vocalzone subscription price changes take effect no earlier than 30 days after notice, which gives a separate notice period for changes made by the merchant.
Vocalzone's free-tin promotion appears in the basket when you buy 5 or more packs of throat pastilles. The basket then lets you choose a tin or opt out of the promotion. Availability applies to the design, and an alternative can replace a preferred tin that is unavailable. The promotion provides one tin per transaction, so the qualifying purchase controls the gift selection. This basket selection is separate from the voucher-entry box used to redeem promotional codes. Vocalzone can withdraw offers and promotions, and promotions have expiry dates. Choosing the tin at the basket stage is the action that completes the advertised gift selection before proceeding to checkout.
Existing Vocalzone Endorsement Network members receive a discount and free delivery, but new endorsement applications are paused. Membership lasts 12 months, with the Support Tier providing 20% off and free delivery through vocalzone.com. The network is open to performers from different backgrounds and requires members to be active Vocalzone users. Audience size and representation do not determine eligibility, although acceptance is selective because of application volume. Members are expected to stay in contact and remain active in the community. Vocalzone is reviewing the applications already received and will update the application page when submissions reopen. This makes an existing membership the route to the endorsement discount while the intake remains paused.
