CRM and marketing subscriptions for small businesses.

Savings opportunities available through Act! coupon codes

Act! sells CRM and marketing subscriptions with per-user annual billing. Act! Advantage Standard starts at $30 USD per user per month, billed annually, while the free trial gives you 14 days to decide before buying. Standard already includes basic email marketing, and every subscription includes free personalized onboarding and Standard Support. Those inclusions help you choose the subscription and extras your team actually needs. The offers on this page can be entered during subscription configuration, with the discount displayed on confirmation. Additional email sends and cloud storage have their own charges.

Eligible products and services

Service categories frequently on promotion

Act! Advantage Standard, Professional and Ultimate are annual, per-user subscriptions. Their advertised monthly equivalents are $30, $45 and $60 USD per user respectively, each billed annually. Act! Premium Desktop is another subscription option at $40 USD per user per month with annual billing. The configuration screen begins with the number of users, followed by additional features and services. That selection establishes the subscription you are configuring before you reach the promotion field. Standard includes Email Marketing; Email Marketing Plus and Marketing Automation appear as separately priced choices in its order form.

Services usually excluded from promo codes

Act! prices additional features separately from the base subscription. The Standard configuration lists Additional 2500 Emails at $15 per month, Custom Industry Tables and Enhanced Support at $10 per user per month, and Desktop Client Sync at $10 per month, all billed annually. Additional Cloud Storage is $4 per month for 5 GB, also billed annually. These are separate order selections rather than the base plan charge. The customer is also responsible for use, sales and other applicable taxes. Third-party services follow their respective providers’ billing, payment and cancellation policies.

Factors influencing the final discount value

Impact of billing cycle on promotional price

Act! Advantage uses annual billing per user, so its monthly price represents an annual subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically on the anniversary of the initial purchase and for the same term. The order or confirmation establishes the initial subscription period. Act! may change fees by notifying customers, with the change taking effect at the beginning of the next agreement period. Notice that you do not wish to renew is required at least 10 days before the current period ends. Cancellation does not refund the unused remainder of an annual subscription.

Promo codes vs. automatically applied offers

Act! separates promotion entry from the subscription choices. The order form has a Promotion Code field and says the discount will show on the confirmation screen. Promotions do not stack, and one is applied per subscription. The included Email Marketing option on Standard is part of the configuration itself; optional marketing packages have separate charges. The free trial is another distinct route, with no credit card or commitment required for 14 days. A trial expires when its stated period finishes unless you place an order for a paid subscription before completion.

Accessing active codes for Act!

Enter an Act! promotion in the Promotion Code field on Configure Your Subscription. First select the number of users, then choose the additional features and services for the subscription. The promotion box follows those selections and sits above the Total and Submit button. Its accompanying label reads “Discount will show on confirmation screen.” The same area states that promotion codes do not stack and are applied one per subscription. The displayed Total belongs to the configuration, while the promotion’s stated display point is confirmation. The offers on this page fit into that promotion-entry step. act Coupon FAQ

Your Act! promo code goes in the Promotion Code box on the Configure Your Subscription screen. The order form places user selection first and additional features and services second, so the subscription choices come before promotion entry. The box appears below those feature choices, followed by the Total and Submit controls. Its label says the discount will show on the confirmation screen, which identifies the stage at which the reduction appears. Only one promotion applies to a subscription, and codes cannot be stacked. Standard’s included Email Marketing and its separately priced marketing choices remain distinct selections in the configuration used for the promotion.

Act! does not allow promotion codes to stack, and applies only one promotion per subscription. That restriction is shown beside the Promotion Code field in subscription configuration, before the Total and Submit controls. The discount’s stated display point is the confirmation screen, so the configuration stage and the promotion confirmation are separate steps. User quantity is selected before additional features and services, with the promotion entered after those choices. For Standard, the form distinguishes included Email Marketing from paid Email Marketing Plus and Marketing Automation selections. Combining several promotions cannot override the one-promotion rule attached to that individually configured Act! subscription.

Act! Advantage plans use annual billing per user. The monthly amount shown for a tier is attached to an annually billed subscription, including Standard, Professional and Ultimate. During configuration, the user count is selected before the additional features and services, so both seats and optional items shape the order. The Standard form labels its paid additions as billed annually too, including extra emails, enhanced support, desktop synchronization and additional cloud storage. The promotion field comes after those choices and directs you to confirmation for the discount. After purchase, the subscription renews for the same term on its anniversary under the billing policy.

Your Act! subscription automatically renews for the term established by the order or confirmation. Act! renews subscriptions on the anniversary of the initial purchase and can change fees for the next period by posting changes on its website or notifying you through the service. Act! Advantage’s per-user plans are billed annually, and automatic renewal continues the subscription for another period of equal duration. The promotion form applies one promotion per subscription and displays its discount on confirmation. The agreement requires notice of nonrenewal at least 10 days before the period ends. Act! directs cancellation requests to customerservice@act.com, and remaining annual months are not refunded on cancellation.

Act! treats sales as final unless your applicable agreement or the law provides otherwise. Paid fees remain nonrefundable on termination or suspension, subject to the exceptions for your applicable agreement and rights under statute, regulation or law. Cancellation does not produce a refund for partial monthly service, remaining annual months or remaining years of a multi-year subscription. The application becomes inaccessible when the subscription terminates. Cloud data remains available on request for 90 days after termination, with a backup request made by phone or in writing within that period. Billing concerns can be sent to customerservice@act.com with reasonable detail for investigation.

You can try Act! Advantage free for 14 days without a credit card or commitment. Starting the trial requires no download. The trial includes access to CRM, marketing and mobile features, together with onboarding support and step-by-step guides. The trial page uses a form to start access, asks for industry, country and language, and says the team will contact you to help with the trial. Your trial ends at the completion of its stated period unless you place a paid subscription order before it finishes. A paid order has separate subscription configuration, where you choose users and additional services before entering a promotion for confirmation.

Act! charges additions to users, features and services proportionally for the time remaining in your subscription term. You can add those items at any time, and the anniversary or renewal date stays the same for all subscription users and services. Moving to a higher plan is also available as your needs change, with your dedicated Account Manager helping you through the options. Reducing subscription users, features or services takes effect only at renewal, with the cancellation requirements applying to these reductions. For ACH payments, the amount debited can vary when users, features or upgrades change, with the invoice or billing notice providing the amount due.

Act! may make credit card, debit card and ACH direct debit available, and applicable service taxes remain the customer’s responsibility. ACH is not available to every customer and can be removed as a payment option. Choosing ACH authorizes Act! to debit your United States bank account for subscription amounts, add-ons, usage charges, fees and taxes. Its debit amount may vary with changes to the subscription, pricing, prorations, credits and adjustments. The invoice, billing statement or in-product notice supplies the amount to be debited. Payment information must stay current because declined payments or failure to pay result in cancellation of the service.

Cancel your Act! subscription through customerservice@act.com, giving nonrenewal notice at least 10 days before the current period ends. Subscriptions otherwise automatically renew for the same term, on the anniversary of the initial purchase. Ending a subscription removes application access and does not refund its remaining annual months or multi-year years of service. If you also need to stop a scheduled ACH debit, revoking that authorization requires at least five business days’ notice before the next debit date. Revocation leaves existing payment obligations in place. Cloud customers can request their retained data within 90 days of termination by phone or in writing.

Act! permits reductions in subscription users, features and services at renewal. The minimum allowable user count after renewal is 25% of the number of users before that renewal. An account with five users can reduce to one, while an account with ten users can reduce to three. User reductions follow the cancellation requirements, and subscriptions renew for the same term unless canceled before the renewal date. Additions operate differently, being available during the term with proportional charges for the remaining time. For ACH billing, a changed user count can change the debit amount stated in the invoice or billing notice.

Yes. An act coupon and a promo code are the same thing: paste the code in the promo field at checkout before you pay.
