Both exist. AkileCloud distinguishes ongoing renewal discounts from one-time renewal coupons. Applying an ongoing discount to an eligible existing VPS permanently changes that server’s renewal price and redeems the coupon immediately. A one-time renewal coupon is selected during renewal and reduces just that renewal payment. The coupon center labels these usage modes separately and associates used coupons with their orders, so a renewal offer has a specific scope rather than a universal first-order restriction.
JPIIJ Ultra costs CNY 423.60 for one month or CNY 4,236.10 for 12 months. Twelve separate monthly payments total CNY 5,083.20, making the annual saving CNY 847.10 before any eligible promotion. The annual payment is collected upfront. The initial service term starts after order confirmation and receipt of valid funds, and its length is the term selected when ordering. Installation charges and recurring service charges are payable together unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing.
AkileCloud supports fixed-amount discounts, minimum-spend discounts and percentage discounts. A no-threshold coupon deducts its stated amount without an order minimum; a minimum-spend coupon pairs the saving with a required order value. Each coupon also carries its own validity period and stacking rules. The coupon center shows the discount amount, expiration date and usage time for redeemed offers. A campaign redemption adds the associated coupon to the account rather than creating a separate server purchase.
An upgrade needs its own eligibility check; subscribing previously does not make every promotion available for later changes. Some AkileCloud offers are restricted to first-time customers, and upgrade orders can be outside their scope. Plan upgrades and downgrades happen at the customer’s request rather than automatically. These changes can alter the fee or require contact with AkileCloud. The VPS order calculation adds configuration-upgrade charges separately, and custom higher configurations are available by ticket or support quote.
The account’s Finance Center has a Coupons page with a Redeem a code field. Enter the campaign offer there and use Redeem to add its coupon to that account. For an existing VPS, the Apply to server action opens a server selection dialog. That dialog identifies the receiving server and requires confirmation before the discount is attached. The selected server must be eligible, and the account interface reports when no eligible servers are available.
The coupon’s status or purchase restrictions can prevent its use. AkileCloud distinguishes Not Used, Used, Expired, Reserved by order and Revoked coupons. A reservation links the coupon to an order rather than leaving it freely available for another purchase. The VPS shop also identifies removed plans and sold-out stock, which can prevent an order even when an offer is present. Orders require acceptance of the AkileCloud Service Agreement, and certain special-priced machines require a separate refund acknowledgement.
Special-priced and coupon-purchased services are non-refundable under the Chinese refund agreement. Other qualifying machines can be refunded to account balance within 24 hours of activation when used traffic does not exceed 5 GB. It limits refunds to three machines per calendar month and one machine per node within that month. The English agreement instead excludes refund requests once service begins. These language versions differ, so obtain written confirmation of the applicable refund conditions before purchasing. Setup and special-configuration fees are non-refundable.
AkileCloud’s payment interface offers account balance, Alipay, WeChat Pay, UnionPay, international cards and USDT. Alipay and WeChat Pay use QR-code payment instructions, while the card options open their respective payment pages. USDT options distinguish TRC20 and Polygon, and the wallet payment instructions prohibit deposits of other assets and unsupported cross-chain transfers. Several payment channels display a handling-fee label. The bill can be exported as a PDF after the order has been paid; unpaid orders cannot export a bill.
Yes. Applicable taxes and charges from your financial institution are your responsibility in addition to the service payment. AkileCloud requires full receipt of the amount due; exchange-rate differences, bank charges and transfer fees remain payable by the customer. Payment processors can impose their own processing conditions. Failure to pay service fees on time can result in a legally permitted late fee. Service charges are prepaid, and unpaid fees can lead to temporary suspension or permanent loss of the service.
Automatic renewal takes place three days before expiration and requires sufficient account balance. The server management interface includes an Auto Renew setting alongside the billing cycle, server price and expiration time. AkileCloud also has a separate Traffic Auto Renew setting: automatic traffic resets deduct a reset fee from balance when traffic runs out. Peak bandwidth returns within 10 minutes after that reset. Service payment expiry triggers automatic, irreversible service deletion, so the service renewal and paid traffic reset are separate billing events.
