Alchemer removes a nonprofit discount when the EIN or equivalent organization identifier is invalid. The reduction is reserved for registered nonprofits with annual subscriptions, so a monthly selection cannot receive this nonprofit benefit. In the discount pop-up, the organization supplies its identifier rather than relying on a promotional entry alone. Apply Discount submits that information, and the resulting adjustment appears on the order when applied. A change of account type requires the identifier to be supplied again, which matters when moving to a different license. Choosing subscription cancellation preserves the remaining paid access while stopping the next recurring subscription.
