The Swiss and Netherlands entry-level KVM plans each cost $13 a month. The next tiers cost $18, $33, $48 and $63 a month in both locations. The entry-level plans have 512 MB of RAM, while the 1024, 2048, 3072 and 4096 MB tiers have the higher listed prices. KVM orders are offered through each plan's Get Your VPS link. Both location tables price the corresponding tiers equally, so the listed base rate does not change between them.
Netherlands dedicated servers start at $80 a month for the first listed configuration. The next three configurations cost $85, $130 and $195 a month. The second server table starts at $140 and reaches $240 a month across its listed configurations. Each server has its own Get Your Server order link. The advertised base configurations bundle processor, memory, storage and bandwidth allocations, so the selected server model determines the listed monthly purchase price.
PRO costs less per month on longer commitments. Monthly and semiannual billing are $12.99 a month, annual billing is $11.99, two-year billing is $10.99, and three-year billing is $9.99. Those figures are monthly equivalents for the selected term. PRO is the shared-hosting tier priced above Basic and Premium, with six websites allowed. The three-year rate belongs to that commitment rather than a month-by-month PRO subscription at the same price.
Returning customers cannot reuse first-customer coupon eligibility by opening another account. A domain previously used to sign up cannot be signed up again with another coupon later. Alibabahost reviews accounts that breach these coupon conditions through its sales department and can add the appropriate invoices to the account. Coupon abuse can also result in suspension or termination. Eligibility follows the customer's account and domain history, rather than simply a newly created order.
Eligible hosting cancellations receive a refund for the unused remainder of the term. Setup fees and domain registration fees are deducted, and you keep the domain. When a domain was registered as part of the hosting package, its cost comes out of the refund; release for transfer follows the standard 60-day period. Nameservers can be changed during that period. Dedicated servers and domains are outside the hosting guarantee, and repeat accounts or terms violations lose refund eligibility.
Alibabahost accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express, plus PayPal and several alternative payment methods. These include Perfect Money, Bitcoin, Web Money, Skrill, Western Union and bank wire transfer. Checks are accepted on a per-customer basis. For Web Money, payment starts from the invoice: select that payment option and follow the displayed instructions. Bank transfers go to Alibabahost's Standard Chartered account, with an advertised crediting time of one to two days.
Request cancellation online through the hosting account's helpdesk, with seven days' notice. A cancellation request must use that account's helpdesk process. Unpaid invoices have a nine-day grace period, after which a $2 late fee and/or account suspension can apply. If several services share the account, other services can also be suspended until outstanding balances are paid. Access is restored after payment, so leaving an invoice unpaid carries different consequences from submitting a cancellation request.
Dedicated IP, daily backup and extra disk space are separately priced shared-hosting add-ons. A dedicated IP costs $2 a month, daily backup costs $1 a month, and an extra 10GB of disk space costs $5 a month. The same add-on prices are shown for Basic, PRO and Premium. Those charges sit alongside the selected hosting tier's price. The plan comparison also includes free website migration, website templates, marketing ebooks and SEO tools.
Hosting accounts normally activate instantly, but payment verification or fraud alerts can extend setup to 24 hours. Alibabahost sends an email after the order is approved. Dedicated-server delivery has a separate 24-to-48-hour timeframe, with possible delays caused by hardware availability and demand. Buyers moving an existing website can request migration after receiving the welcome email by submitting a support ticket. That migration service requires the old and new hosting to use the same control panel.

The two lower-priced certificates secure a single domain and use domain validation without paperwork. Both include free reissue and a $10,000 warranty. QuickSSL Premium includes an unlimited server licence and domain validation. SSL is purchased through its own Order Now links, with annual certificate pricing separate from the monthly hosting rates displayed for VPS and shared-hosting plans.
