A promotion can apply to renewals when the service was originally purchased under that promotion. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the contracted period unless cancellation is completed. The agreement starts when the order is placed, with a default period of 30 calendar days if the order gives no period. For domains, managed VPS, dedicated servers and SSL certificates with nonautomatic activation, the contractual activation date is the order date rather than delivery.
Plata starts at $13.75 a month, Oro at $19.25 and Platino at $34.80 with annual billing. These are effective monthly prices for an annual purchase, expressed in US dollars. Plata covers five websites; Oro and Platino allow unlimited websites. Their storage allowances are 15 GB, 30 GB and 65 GB respectively. All three include unlimited email accounts, free SSL and daily backups, so those included items do not require a separate purchase.
Only one promotional code can be applied to an order. Members of the Distributor Discounts programme cannot add a separate promotional code to their programme participation. All in Hosting can refuse an offer when an order duplicates an active service solely to change the existing serviceās price. It can also refuse arrangements intended to override a previous contract, and it retains the right to change promotional conditions or decline an offer when appropriate.
Outstanding payments or a history of noncompliance can make an order ineligible for an offer. All in Hosting requires customers to pay renewal charges by the contracted periodās due date. Hosting comes with an advertised 14-day money-back guarantee. Separately, annual payments are nonrefundable for early cancellation, and payments made by mistake are not returned. For unused prepaid service, you can request a credit balance in the client area for future payments; approval is discretionary. Cancellation following a terms violation or nonpayment does not entitle the account to compensation or a refund. An account credit request is therefore different from receiving money back to the original payment method.

Web Hosting, WordPress Hosting and Reseller Hosting require at least seven business days; managed VPS requires 15 business days, and dedicated servers require 30 business days. Cancellation becomes valid only when All in Hosting confirms receipt. Without that confirmation and the required notice, the service renews and the renewal charge is nonrefundable. Domains and SSL certificates cannot be cancelled before expiry because their periods are annual.
No. You can use a domain you already own and update its nameservers instead of registering or transferring one. A free domain is included only when the selected plan explicitly includes it; otherwise registration is a separate purchase. The WordPress three plan starts at $32.10 a month with annual billing and includes one free domain. The WordPress four plan also includes one free domain and starts at $64.20 a month on annual billing.
Yes. Web Hosting customers can move to a larger or smaller plan, with billing adjusted for the unpaid difference. A plan or service change must be notified at least seven business days before the next payment date and is valid only after All in Hosting confirms receipt. This procedure covers hosting, reseller hosting, managed VPS, dedicated servers, domain registrations and SSL certificates. Without the required notification and confirmation, the original service renews unchanged for the billed period.
Yes. Distributor Discounts are available after you have an active hosting, reseller, VPS or dedicated-server service and request a distributor coupon. Two to ten contracted services qualify for 5%, and eleven to twenty qualify for 7.5%, across hosting, reseller hosting, managed VPS and managed dedicated servers. Twenty-one to thirty-five services qualify for 12%, and more than thirty-five qualify for 20%, for Web Hosting, WordPress Hosting and Reseller Hosting. Participation requires no initial deposit, programme monthly fee or infrastructure purchase.
