The regular monthly contracts for those same plans cost $15.99, $19.99 and $29.99 per month. Semi-annual contracts cost $13.99, $17.99 and $27.99 per month. Those six-month subscriptions are billed for the full six-month period, rather than at the annual promotional rates.
The pro-starter 12-month net registration and renewal price is $15.48 in the current price list. Subsequent subscription fees use the price list in effect 28 days before the current billing period ends. The first subscription uses the price list effective on the registration date. Later price changes do not alter the amount already fixed for that subscription period. For terms longer than one month, the renewal fee notification arrives by email 28 days before expiry; for monthly or shorter terms, it arrives 20 days before expiry. Yes. Altumhost offers a 14-day free hosting trial without requiring a credit card. Service begins after the registration form is accepted, and activation is confirmed by email. A proforma invoice becomes available in the customer panel when the service is activated. During the trial, data transfer is limited to 10 GB, and Altumhost reserves the right to restrict outgoing email to 10 messages per hour. SSH access is available on paid hosting accounts, but not on unpaid trial accounts.
Consumers buying through a distance agreement have 14 days from contract conclusion to withdraw without giving a reason. The withdrawal can be sent to hosting@altumhost.com, posted to the company, or submitted through the Withdraw from the contract button in the Subscriber panel. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, using the original payment method unless another is agreed. If you requested service to start during the withdrawal period, the refund is reduced by the proportional cost of service already provided.
Early cancellation can require repayment of the discount granted for the contract. This applies when you terminate before the agreed deadline, or Altumhost terminates early for reasons attributable to you. Outside the separate withdrawal provisions, unused subscription time is not refunded under the general early-termination rule. Altumhost accepts online card payments through Visa, Autopay and PayPal, and its listed prices are net prices. VAT depends on your country. Payment-card and electronic-transfer transactions are processed through Worldline, PayPro, Autopay or PayPal. Bank or postage fees associated with payment are the customer's responsibility. The payment date is the date Altumhost receives the full amount. A VAT invoice is issued within seven days of receipt and is made available in the Customer Panel using the billing details stored there.

You can change to a higher package at any time in the customer panel at www.altumhost.com/panel. The change generates a proforma invoice automatically, with the remaining days included in the calculation. Paying that upgrade invoice through online payment activates the package change automatically at payment.
No. Altumhost migrates websites and email without a migration fee, at a time arranged with you. The transfer covers website files, databases, email accounts and messages, including IMAP folders. After ordering hosting, you contact support with the migration request and basic information. The team copies the data and checks the migrated site before the DNS update switches it to the new hosting. WordPress, Joomla and proprietary websites are supported; domain transfers require an auth-info credential from the current registrar.
Extra administrator work and technical support cost $40 per hour at the listed net rates. The subscription includes up to one hour of assistance per year, regardless of the agreement term.
