Eligible Domainesia hosting purchases can qualify for a bank refund under the 30-day guarantee, subject to payment and account conditions. New Web Hosting, WordPress Hosting, Email Hosting and Cloud Hosting registrations qualify for the guarantee. A bank refund requires the payment to fall within the same month and goes only to the account recorded as the payer on the service invoice. Taxes or other obligations already paid on the transaction are deducted from bank refunds. Credit card payments fall under the account-balance refund method instead. Domainesia balance can pay for purchases and renewals but cannot be withdrawn. Before requesting a bank refund, confirm that the receiving account matches the payer recorded on your invoice.
Domainesia processes eligible refunds on Mondays and Thursdays between 08:00 and 14:00 WIB. Confirmation received after 14:00 WIB moves the refund to the next processing period. The hosting guarantee requires a request within 30 days of service registration, after contacting Domainesia for a solution to the problem. Each service permits one guarantee claim per Domainesia account. Refunds to account balance can fund later purchases or renewals, while bank refunds have separate payment and payer-account requirements. A hosting order that included a free domain or SSL certificate has those registration costs deducted at their normal selling prices. Send the required confirmation before 14:00 WIB to have it considered in that processing period.
Domainesia excludes hosting renewals from its refund guarantee, including renewals following a promotional purchase. Web Hosting, WordPress Hosting, Email Hosting and Cloud Hosting renewals are excluded, as are their upgrades and downgrades. Web Hosting backup restoration is also excluded. Renewal discounts depend on the offer: a continuing promotion includes future renewals, while a one-time promotion returns to the normal price when the service renews. Domainesia Cloud VPS purchases are non-refundable; new OV or EV SSL purchases have a limited exception before configuration, validation or activation. The Cloud VPS exclusions cover Turbo, Eco, Lite and Managed Cloud VPS services. For eligible OV or EV SSL purchases, the refund goes only to Domainesia account balance, with no bank-transfer refund. That balance can fund service purchases and renewals but cannot be withdrawn. SSL installation services are excluded from refunds, and the general SSL exclusion must be read alongside the specific OV and EV exception. The 30-day hosting guarantee covers named hosting services rather than Cloud VPS. For an OV or EV certificate refund, contact Domainesia before beginning configuration, validation or activation.
Domainesia accepts bank payments, credit cards, PayPal and local payment options including QRIS, GoPay, OVO, DANA and ShopeePay.
