Basic costs $8.99 monthly, Medium costs $12.99, and High costs $18.99. These are the shared hosting options in the ordering system. Basic covers a single domain, Medium covers up to five, and High covers unlimited domains, so adding websites can change which package you need to buy. All three list unlimited space, bandwidth, email accounts and databases. The order page offers USD, EUR and GBP currency selections.
Annual and longer terms can be charged up to 15 days before payment is due. Shorter terms can be charged up to five days early. Stored credit cards and active PayPal subscriptions support automatic collection; one-time payments require manual payment. Fee changes require 30 days' notice. Recurring billing continues until Anix Host receives cancellation notice, and renewals repeat the initial term's length.
Yes. First-time managed shared and reseller hosting accounts have a 30-day money-back guarantee. Cancellation within that window qualifies hosting fees for a refund. Setup and additional-service fees are excluded; VPS, dedicated servers, domains, SSL and licences are non-refundable. Included domain or SSL costs can be deducted. Returning customers and second accounts are ineligible. Anix Host reserves discretion to refuse refunds.
Submit the Client Area cancellation form more than seven days before renewal. Cancellation becomes final after written confirmation by email. Telephone, email and live-chat requests are not accepted. Missing the deadline leaves you responsible for the next billing term. PayPal users must cancel their subscription themselves. Anix Host does not control it or have to refund payments it sends after cancellation.
Anix Host accepts credit cards, PayPal, checks and money orders. To pay an invoice, open My Invoices in the Client Area and select View Invoice beside the unpaid bill. The invoice shows its date, due date, total and payment status. Select a method from the dropdown in the upper-right corner, then click Pay Now. After payment, the invoice is marked paid; some methods require that status to be updated manually.
Yes. Existing customers can purchase additional items through the Client Area ordering flow. Open Portal Home, follow Order, and select Services to browse the available items. Order Now opens Product Configuration, where the selected service's options are set. Update Cart moves the item into the shopping cart. Checkout opens the customer details and payment selection, and Complete Order creates an invoice containing the information entered for that purchase.
Yes. The domain-selection step lets you use an existing domain and update its nameservers instead of buying another registration. It also offers a transfer from another registrar or a new domain registration. A transfer requires the domain to be unlocked at the current registrar before continuing. For orders eligible for free registration, the supported extensions are .com, .net, .org, .info and .biz. International domain names require a language selection.
A transfer requested within 30 days of signup is free for up to three cPanel accounts, databases or websites. Larger transfers cost $10 per item transferred. The migration team can move website files, databases and email from the previous hosting account. Requests go through the website transfer form. Reseller migration staff are available Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern Time, for moving existing reseller websites.
Malware scanning and protection costs $49.99 per website per year for reseller hosting. It is a paid service added through the Malware Protection link under the Add-Ons tab in Backstage. The service monitors a website around the clock for malware, phishing and hacking. If an issue is detected, Anix Host alerts the customer and proactively cleans the site. The charge applies per website rather than once for the reseller account.
No location surcharge applies. Linux VPS hosting costs the same whether you select a US or European location. The choices are Los Angeles, Scranton and Maidenhead, and the location is selected while placing the order. Managed VPS orders are provisioned within four to six hours and delivered configured, optimized and secured. The platform permits instant upgrades or downgrades with zero downtime, and Linux VPS plans include moving assistance without an additional charge.
