DataPress 1 costs RM 25 a month. DataPress 2 costs RM 45 a month, and DataPress 3 costs RM 85 a month. The first package buys 15GB of SSD storage and 200GB of monthly transfer; the two higher-priced packages buy 35GB and 55GB of SSD storage respectively, both with unmetered transfer. All three purchases include free cPanel-to-cPanel account migration and unlimited SSL certificates.
Yes. A one-year .com registration, transfer and renewal each cost RM 75. The two-year .com price is RM 150 for each of those transactions, and the three-year price is RM 225. DNS service is included for .com domains. WHOIS privacy is a separate paid option. The registration choices therefore cover one, two or three years, with the same base charge for registration and renewal at each listed term.
DataKL includes privacy protection and managed DNS with .MY domains. That covers .my, .com.my, .net.my and .org.my registrations. Managed DNS supports A, AAAA, CNAME, MX and TXT records. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 templates are available in Domain Management. For .com, .net and .org domains, WHOIS privacy costs RM 30 for one year, RM 60 for two years or RM 90 for three years.
Yes, when you cancel within the first 30 days and meet the hosting guarantee conditions. Hosting charges are refundable, but non-refundable setup fees and domain registration fees are excluded. Account misuse also falls outside the guarantee. Most add-on products are outside the hosting money-back coverage, so a combined hosting-and-domain purchase is not refunded as one complete bundle. The hosting component has its own coverage under the cancellation window.
DataKL accepts Visa and Mastercard, FPX online banking, bank transfers, PayPal and e-wallet payments. Card payments use TAC authentication. FPX works with a current or savings account at a participating bank and requires internet banking access. For a third-party transfer or deposit, send payment proof to billing@datakl.com. Include the domain name and invoice number for reference, with both identifiers in the payment email subject.
A hosting service ends if you do not renew it. DataKL sends a renewal reminder 30 days before expiry. Dedicated Server and Co-Location services instead require 30 days of written termination notice. Outstanding fees remain payable after termination, and service rights end. Server data is deleted seven days after termination. DataKL can change prices and associated fees, so the renewal invoice determines the amount due for the next service period.
Yes. DataKL carries your balance forward when you upgrade, and upgrades are available at any time. Business hosting includes DataThree at RM 390 a year. Premium purchases include DataSuper at RM 100 a month and DataCorp at RM 150 a month. DataSuper covers one main domain plus 15 additional domains; DataCorp covers one plus 25. Those are separate package prices, with the existing balance carried into the upgrade.
Yes. The cart separates the subtotal from an SST line labelled 8.00%, and displays the amount due today in MYR. It also provides State and Country fields with an Update Totals button. The summary has separate billing-cycle rows for monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual, biennial and triennial totals. Your selected products determine which cycle is used; the SST entry appears separately from the subtotal in the order summary.
Setup is free. DataKL dedicated-server packages also include managed support, unmetered data transfer, anti-DDoS protection, KVM, a malware scanner and 100GB of free backup storage. Orders are custom-built rather than a single fixed configuration. The available server range includes single or dual Xeon processors and 32ā128GB ECC memory. DataKL sizes the CPU, memory, SSD storage, RAID and network configuration around the workload when arranging the server purchase.
