Bronze covers one website, Silver covers five, and Gold covers ten. The email allowances also change with the purchase: ten accounts on Bronze, fifty on Silver and one hundred on Gold. Each of these Business Hosting plans includes a domain and an SSL certificate.
No. Once you claim the included domain, its fee is non-refundable even if you cancel the hosting plan. Registered domains also have no refund entitlement. The same non-refundable purchase category includes domain privacy, SSL certificates and licences. Installation fees, VPS orders and dedicated servers are excluded from money-back coverage too. Buying these items alongside hosting does not bring them into the hosting guarantee; custom software installations also sit outside that coverage.
Yes. Shared and Reseller Hosting bought for one year, two years or longer have a 30-day money-back window. Monthly, quarterly and half-yearly purchases have a seven-day window instead.
