ARP Networks VPS and dedicated server deals, billing discounts and promo offers.

Savings opportunities available through ARP Networks coupon codes

ARP Networks sells VPS hosting and dedicated servers, and the offers on this page help you find savings on your order. The Small VPS starts at $10 a month. VPS orders have no setup fees. Spot IPv4 is free, while a Reserved IPv4 address costs $1.50 a month.

Eligible products and services

Service categories frequently on promotion

Server promotions cover VPS hosting and ARP Thunder dedicated servers. Both ranges advertise a limited-time bonus RAM and bandwidth promotion. The VPS All-Purpose plan is marked as the best seller.

Services usually excluded from promo codes

ARP Networks' terms list no product exclusions for discount codes. Paid server power-ups have separate monthly prices.

Factors influencing the final discount value

Impact of billing cycle on promotional price

Longer prepayment lowers the server rate. Semiannual and annual Reserved billing cost less than hourly On-Demand billing. The saving appears in the conversion dialog before the change.

Promo codes vs. automatically applied offers

The advertised server promotion adds bonus RAM and bandwidth. ARP Networks presents it alongside the plans rather than as a percentage-off coupon offer.

ARP Networks Discount FAQs

Medium costs $15 a month, and All-Purpose costs $20 a month. Large costs $30, Jumbo costs $40, and The American costs $60. Those are the listed monthly plan prices, with additional resources priced separately. SSD storage is bundled with every VPS plan at no extra charge. Native IPv6 also comes with every server without an additional fee, alongside included serial console and VNC access.
ARP Thunder Starter costs $40 a month. Medium costs $60, All-Purpose costs $80, and Large costs $120 a month. Paid upgrades add to the selected plan: an extra CPU core costs $1 a month, 8 GB of RAM costs $10 a month, and 100 GB of SATA storage costs $5 a month. An extra 40 GB of SSD storage costs $10 a month.
An existing On-Demand server can move to lower-rate Reserved billing. Open Services > Servers, select the server, and click the gear beside its billing mode. In Convert to Reserved Billing, select Semi-Annual or Annual and click Convert to Reserved. Hourly charges stop immediately, and the first reserved cycle starts that day. This conversion is permanent: the server cannot be switched back to On-Demand billing afterward.
No. Cancelling a Reserved service before its billing cycle ends does not generate a refund for unused time. Reserved services bill in monthly, semiannual or annual blocks. On-Demand services work differently: charges cover only the hours between provisioning and destruction of the service. ARP Networks identifies these services with the On-Demand billing mode, so hourly usage stops accumulating when that service is destroyed, rather than continuing through a prepaid block.
ARP Networks accepts major credit and debit cards through Stripe, with charges in US dollars. PayPal is not accepted. Card availability follows the methods supported by Stripe at the time of the transaction. Applicable taxes remain the customer's responsibility; ARP Networks collects or remits them when legally required. Monthly invoices are due when issued, and a failed or overdue payment can result in service suspension until the balance is resolved.
The first 30 days carry a satisfaction guarantee: cancel because you are unhappy with the service and owe nothing. For services already rendered, the general refund rule is non-refundable. Requests go through the dashboard's support ticket system and are assessed individually; approved refunds return to the original payment method. Setup fees, when applicable, are non-refundable, and services suspended or terminated for violations of the terms receive no refund.
Cancel by deleting the service through your customer dashboard. You remain responsible for outstanding charges accrued before termination. Cancellation permanently removes the service's associated data, configurations and stored content, and ARP Networks retains no copies afterward. That deletion cannot be reversed. Files and configurations therefore need to be retrieved or backed up before termination; ending the account does not preserve a server image or an archive of its contents.
A substantial overage can generate a charge at your account's assigned rate. Bandwidth quotas are not strictly enforced for every small excess. Before charging a large excess, ARP Networks may discuss an account upgrade and forgive the current charge within reason. Any billed overage appears separately under Billing > Invoices. The account-specific rate is available through a support ticket, rather than a single universal overage price for every customer.
The start date depends on when the account and services were created. Most older customers use the first day of the month. Accounts created after January 2022 use the day of the month when the first service started. Services created after the March 1, 2026 Phoenix launch can have different cycles depending on whether they remain hourly On-Demand, have been converted to Reserved instances, or combine both billing modes.
Card changes are handled in Phoenix under Billing > Payment Method. Select Add Payment Method when no card is on file, or Update Payment Method to replace an existing card. Enter the new card details and save them; Stripe processes the payment information. The billing name and address shown on invoices are managed separately under Account > Details, rather than in the card replacement form used for the payment method.
