The initial service duration is selected when requesting and activating the service, and the end of that period is its contractual termination date unless the service is extended.

Domain registration requires payment before Bastify starts processing it, and allocation remains subject to the registrar's approval. A search result showing availability is not a completed registration. If the requested registration or transfer cannot be processed, Bastify returns the amount paid for it. Newly registered or recently transferred domains have a 60-day transfer restriction under the applicable domain rules.
