New hosting customers have a 30-day money-back guarantee, subject to eligibility conditions. Cancellation must be requested within 30 days of activation or before the next due date. Heavy CPU or bandwidth use followed by a refund request when the service had no problems also falls outside the guarantee.
Domains, software licences and add-on services are excluded from hosting refunds. That includes registrations, transfers, domain privacy, dedicated IPs, server management and SSL. Licence exclusions cover cPanel, DirectAdmin, Fantastico, Softaculous, LiteSpeed and RvSkin. Credit-card processing charges and setup fees are excluded too. Accounts terminated for breaking the service terms qualify for neither the money-back guarantee nor a partial refund after 30 days.
Binary Racks accepts credit-card payments, and checkout supports PayPal. Hosting is paid in advance, and credit-card prepayments are charged automatically. Services keep billing until Binary Racks receives notice that you want to cancel. Ending service requires a cancellation request. Account holders must be authorised users of the card supplied, and account information must include a current name, postal address and telephone number.
Business contract fees exclude VAT unless a different arrangement is specified. GBP is the default contract currency, and customers pay applicable sales, use, excise and similar consumption taxes. Yes. A contract modification during a waiver period ends that waiver immediately, and the agreed undiscounted fees apply for the remaining contract term.
