Dedicated servers, Bare Metal Cloud infrastructure and cloud storage services.

Savings opportunities available through phoenixNAP coupon codes

phoenixNAP sells dedicated servers, Bare Metal Cloud infrastructure and cloud storage. Monthly or yearly Bare Metal Cloud reservations can save up to 30% on deployments compared with hourly billing. The first deployment includes 15 TB of free bandwidth, reduced to 5 TB in Singapore. Bandwidth bundles offer another way to lower traffic costs. The cloud backup trial provides 30 days of free service for up to 5 TB. These savings come through different services and billing choices. The offers on this page fit the corresponding server, networking or backup purchase rather than a single shared price.

Eligible products and services

Service categories frequently on promotion

Bare Metal Cloud offers cover dedicated infrastructure with configurations for general-purpose, compute, memory and database workloads. Reservation pricing follows the selected instance and commitment length. The Cloud Pricing Calculator takes location, processor, instance type, operating system, public IP allocation and server quantity into account. Its estimated monthly cost separates compute, operating system licensing, bandwidth and IP allocation. Product-specific offers also cover Kubernetes-ready servers and cloud backup. Their eligibility follows the named deployment or service, while the server configuration card displays the price for the billing selection made before deployment.

Services usually excluded from promo codes

Operating system licences, public IP allocations and bandwidth are separate cost components alongside compute. The server order summary lists the operating system and licence fee separately from the hourly or monthly server cost, and both figures exclude tax. Public bandwidth overage pricing also appears in that summary. Allocated public IPs incur charges even when they are not assigned to a server. Bandwidth above an applicable bundle is billed at the standard rate for its location. These separately charged resources form part of the infrastructure bill beyond the selected server reservation price.

Factors influencing the final discount value

Impact of billing cycle on promotional price

Bare Metal Cloud supports hourly billing and reservations lasting 1 month, 12 months, 24 months or 36 months. Longer reservations bring greater savings, with the server card showing the discounted monthly amount for the selected term. Monthly and yearly reservations are billed monthly regardless of usage. A monthly reservation starts with automatic renewal enabled; extended reservations start with it disabled. When an unrenewed reservation expires, a continuing server moves to hourly billing. Removing a reserved instance during its term leaves the reservation charges active and the reserved hardware available for redeployment.

Promo codes vs. automatically applied offers

Reservation savings follow the billing term selected for Bare Metal Cloud. The server card displays the discounted monthly price after that selection. A change to a longer reservation uses prorated billing, and the following invoice reflects the price difference. In Billing & Usage, Total Price includes adjustments from promotional discounts, system credits or promo credits. Sales-assisted offers have a separate application route. The Kubernetes Starter Pack uses Claim Offer and a contact form, which ends with the Get in Touch button. Those routes identify the service and promotion being requested.

Accessing active codes for phoenixNAP

Start with the offer that matches your phoenixNAP service. For a server reservation, open Deploy New Server from Home or Servers, choose the deployment location, then select the billing model before the server configuration and operating system. A longer reservation requires agreement to the Master Services Agreement and Continue. The summary at the top right shows server cost, the operating system licence fee and bandwidth overage pricing, with costs displayed without tax. Sales-assisted promotions instead use their offer button and contact form. The Kubernetes Starter Pack form ends with Get in Touch. Scroll up for the current phoenixNAP offers.

phoenixNAP Discount FAQs

Select a reservation in the Billing section of phoenixNAP's Deploy New Server flow before choosing your server configuration. The process begins with a deployment location, followed by the billing model and server selection. Reservations lasting 12 months or longer require agreement to the Master Services Agreement. The server configuration card displays the discounted monthly amount for the chosen commitment. Operating system selection follows, and licence charges appear separately when applicable. The order summary sits at the top right and includes the server cost without tax. Changing the reservation selection lets you compare discounted monthly amounts before confirming the server deployment.
A phoenixNAP server that continues running after an unrenewed reservation expires switches to hourly billing. Monthly reservations have automatic renewal enabled by default, while extended reservations start with automatic renewal disabled. The reservation stays usable until its expiration even after you disable renewal. Reservations under Servers lists the reservation's start, expiration and pricing details. Actions opens View Details and the renewal controls for that reservation. Disabling renewal changes what happens after the term; the reservation charges continue during the reserved period. Enabling automatic renewal before expiration keeps the reservation continuing, while an expired reservation leaves a continuing instance billed by the hour.
Yes, phoenixNAP lets you change an existing hourly server to a reservation or extend an existing reservation. On Servers, the Actions menu includes Change Billing for the selected instance. The available change moves billing to a longer reservation, and Confirm applies the chosen billing model. A reservation upgrade uses prorated calculations rather than restarting the invoice calculation without an adjustment. The following month's invoice reflects the price difference from the longer term. Billing & Usage also shows applied system credits and adjusted amounts. The reservation details retain the configuration and billing information needed to connect that adjustment to the server being upgraded.
phoenixNAP returns certain unused prepaid fees under its termination provisions, while a reserved instance remains billable through its initial term. Removing the instance partway through that commitment does not cancel the reservation. The reserved hardware remains available for redeployment during the billed term. For qualifying prepaid fees, unused amounts are returned within 45 days after termination. Unused prepaid fees can also be repaid after a phoenixNAP default that remains uncured following the required written notice and applicable cure process. Service Order Forms establish the applicable services and term. Reusing reserved hardware preserves access to the resources already committed for that reservation.
phoenixNAP's Bare Metal Cloud portal accepts Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Discover and American Express payment cards. Payment Methods contains Add Payment Method, where you enter the cardholder information, card details and payment address. The address initially uses the billing address supplied during signup, with an option to enter a different payment method address. Once the card is approved, automatic charging takes place 24 hours after receipt of a new invoice. Replacing a card uses Actions, Replace and Replace Payment Method. If replacement follows a failed automatic payment, the first payment using the new card must be made manually through the invoice payment flow.
Yes, phoenixNAP offers a one-month server reservation, with greater savings available for longer reservation terms. In Deploy New Server, select the monthly reservation in Billing before choosing the server configuration. Each configuration card displays the price for the selected billing option. The hardware remains reserved for the whole month, including time when the server is not running. Monthly reservations are billed monthly regardless of usage, and automatic renewal is enabled by default. A reservation has a minimum billing period of one month, so disabling renewal before the renewal date still leaves the entire month payable. Longer commitments also use monthly billing.
Operating system licensing, bandwidth and public IP allocations are separate components of the phoenixNAP infrastructure estimate. The Cloud Pricing Calculator displays each alongside compute in the estimated monthly cost breakdown. Its configuration choices include operating system, bandwidth option, public IP allocation, server quantity and contract type. During deployment, the order summary shows the operating system licence fee separately from the server's hourly or monthly cost. Those displayed deployment figures exclude tax, and the summary also identifies the public bandwidth overage fee. A saved calculator configuration can be compared with another configuration, showing how those resource choices affect the combined infrastructure estimate.
phoenixNAP lets you increase reserved Network File Storage capacity through Upgrade Reservation on an active reservation. The route is Reservations, Network File Storage, then Actions beside the reservation being changed. Upgrade Reservation allows changes to capacity and reservation length, with capacity increases permitted for the upgrade. Agreement to the Master Services Agreement precedes confirmation through the Upgrade Reservation button. Storage used beyond the reserved capacity is billed at the hourly rate. Compare Prices displays pricing across storage sizes and commitment lengths when making a reservation. Matching reserved capacity to the storage created keeps that capacity within the reservation rather than hourly excess billing.
Claim Offer opens the contact form for phoenixNAP's Kubernetes Starter Pack, which includes 1TB of Object Storage during the first month. Eligibility follows deployment of Kubernetes-ready Bare Metal Cloud servers featuring KubeSlice. Get More Info leads to the offer, and Claim Offer opens its application form. Completing the required information and selecting Get in Touch submits the request to the Sales team. Sales follows up within a few business days. Availability depends on server location and inventory. The qualifying servers provide dedicated hardware resources, while KubeSlice supports cluster networking in distributed environments. The offer also includes the first month of KubeSlice functionality.
phoenixNAP includes free backups with Data Security Cloud, with the included storage allowance determined by the selected plan. Essentials includes backup capacity equal to 50% of allocated storage. Advanced and Advanced + MDR include backup capacity equal to 100% of allocated storage. Each plan has a Get Free Backup button leading to the offer's contact route. Data Security Cloud pricing follows the resources deployed for the workload, is billed monthly and requires a minimum 12-month contract. The platform permits additional compute, memory and storage resources as requirements grow. The selected plan therefore determines how the free backup allowance relates to the production storage allocation.
