Both purchases include 16 GB memory, a 100 Mbps connection and five IPv4 addresses. The SATA configuration lists its processor at 3.3 GHz, and the SSD configuration lists 3.8 GHz. Both configurations have their own Deploy link for ordering.
The Los Angeles package with 232 IPv4 addresses costs $195 monthly. BGPTO accepts credit cards, PayPal and Alipay. Bank transfer and wire payments can also be arranged by contacting the team for payment details. No. BGPTO does not offer a free dedicated-server trial because servers require manual racking and setup. Prospective buyers can request performance results directly before committing to a paid dedicated-server order instead. The team accepts enquiries through live chat, support tickets and social media, with sales enquiries also available by email. The bare-metal service is self-managed hosting with included server monitoring.
BGPTO bills credit cards automatically each month and issues monthly invoices. Billing follows the account activation date, with invoice payments due by the specified deadline. Reminder emails arrive before server expiry, and a payment subscription is available. If a card has insufficient credit, an email requests another card within 24 hours; without a response, the account and associated accounts are suspended.
Cancelled services generally are not refunded. Dedicated-server cancellation requires one week's notice before renewal. Setup charges, add-ons, domains and SSL certificates are excluded from refunds. Cancelling midway through a month leaves the full month's fees payable, without prorating. Outstanding fees remain payable after termination. Acceptable-use violations forfeit refunds, and opening a PayPal or credit-card dispute ends refund eligibility. Refund requests must go through the support system.
Yes. Traffic beyond the plan allowance costs $1 per gigabyte. BGPTO monitors account traffic against each plan's predetermined allowance. Partial gigabytes are charged as whole units, so excess usage between 1 MB and 1 GB attracts the same charge. Overage charges are excluded from refunds. The extra traffic is billed separately from the server's included allowance, without prorating the excess unit.
Standard dedicated-server delivery is generally within 24 hours after order verification. Custom setups can take longer, and deployment may not be processed on public holidays. BGPTO manually racks and sets up its servers. Standard configurations have individual Order or Deploy links. Some configurations are marked Sold Out or Waiting instead, so availability affects which server you can order immediately. Account activation requires acceptance of BGPTO’s policies, guidelines and disclaimer; that acceptance accompanies the activation request.
