It applies once, to a new server order. The discounted period is the period selected when that order is paid in full: one, three, six or twelve months, with twelve months the maximum. The promotion fixes the discount percentage rather than the underlying service price. Payment must reach the order by the sale deadline to retain eligibility; an unpaid order loses the promotional reduction. Processor availability for the campaign is limited.
No additional server promo code stacks with the autumn sale. The exception is the special price for the prepaid rental period, which can combine with the seasonal reduction. Other dedicated-server discounts cannot be added to the same promotional order. The eligible build must use one of the campaign’s specified processors. These include Ryzen 9 5950X, Ryzen 9 3900X, Ryzen 9 9950X and Ryzen 9 7950X, plus the listed Intel processor models.
No. An auction server is secured only by full payment, so placing it in the cart leaves it available to other buyers. The organizer can remove an unpaid lot or end its auction. Additional discounts and promo codes do not apply to auction purchases. After purchase, payment continues at the lot’s purchase price while payments remain timely and no price-increase notification has been issued; the rental price can change under the service contract.
An expired offer or an order that misses its promotion conditions will not activate. FirstDEDIC promotions can be restricted to particular products and validity periods. Yes. An accepted unique review earns 5–10% off one month of rental for one dedicated server, capped at 1,000 rubles per month. A customer story earns 10–15% off three months, capped at 3,000 rubles per month. Reviews must be honest and constructive; the discount depends on their detail. The review is also submitted through FirstDEDIC’s form with its external link. These rewards do not stack, and only one server per month receives the reward regardless of review count.
Yes, unused paid funds can be requested back in writing. Ending the service contract requires at least 30 days’ prior written notice and reimbursement of expenses already incurred by the provider. Refunds return through the same payment system used for the original payment. For a server cancellation at the end of its paid period, deletion is confirmed in the account. Early server deletion is requested through support and returns 50% of the remaining rental amount.
Bank cards, YooMoney, SberPay, the Faster Payments System and bank transfer are available. PayMaster supports Visa, MasterCard and MIR; card payments are also available through YooKassa. Foreign-issued cards are accepted from a specified list of countries, including Romania, Germany, the United Kingdom and the United States. That foreign-card payment route converts the payment amount into Kazakhstani tenge at the Central Bank of Russia exchange rate. SberPay payments are confirmed in the SberBank app by QR code or push notification.
A trial requires agreement with the sales department. Dedicated servers running Windows are excluded from trial access. The sales team can also discuss an order for a configuration absent from both the ready-server list and the configurator. Custom configurations are normally ready within 24 hours, while ready Linux servers usually activate from ten minutes.
Open Finance, then Service auto-renewal, and edit the subscription to disable automatic renewal. Removing a linked payment account under Client, then Payment methods, also disables subscriptions using that account. Automatic balance top-ups have separate controls under Finance, then Autopayment, where they can be disabled independently. Subscription renewal normally runs one day before the service expires. Switching a subscription to the personal account balance stops renewal from its linked external payment account and uses the account balance instead.
Extra resources are charged for the remaining paid server period, with a separate one-time installation charge. Sales first confirms that the hardware addition is technically possible. Server-linked extras such as IP addresses, administration and DDoS protection are charged through the end of the server’s paid term. Separate services such as VLAN or server-care services can have their own selected payment periods. Removing additional resources requires a recalculation request to the finance department; cancelling a linked extra returns unused days to the account balance.
