Yes, within three days of purchase, subject to the refund conditions. Only one service can receive a refund during an account's lifetime. Refunds return through the original payment method, or as account credit when that method cannot accept refunds or was marked non-refundable at payment. Completion takes up to fourteen days. Cryptocurrency payments and paid pre-orders are non-refundable. Bandwidth above 1 TB is charged at €3 per TB. Abuse reports, chargebacks and service suspension for breaking the terms remove refund eligibility.

BelHost generates proforma invoices ten days before payment is due, and unpaid services terminate automatically at the due date.
