Ordering then proceeds through product configuration and Continue, with sign-in required to finish the purchase. The discount preview separates the original amount, coupon deduction and payable amount. A coupon marked available for the selected order can reduce that order's payable total.
RakSmart coupons require an eligible purchase within their validity period, and used or expired benefits cannot be applied again. My Wallet groups coupons into Expiring Soon, Unused, Used and Expired, with receipt, expiry and usage information in the list. Name / Usage Details identifies the promotion's purchase rules. Checkout messages include “The current customer is not eligible” and “The total order amount does not meet the requirement.” Other messages identify an inapplicable product or a billing-cycle mismatch. A coupon attached to another unpaid invoice can also be deselected. The Status / Renewal entry identifies availability for a renewal purchase separately from the coupon's amount or percentage.

Downgrading a RakSmart Bare Metal Cloud purchase does not refund the current-cycle difference for the reduced resources. The configuration and renewal amount change to reflect the downgrade. The service must have Paid status before the change can proceed. From Products, Bare Metal Cloud, the product management page opens Upgrade/Downgrade; Confirm leads to configuration choices and Continue submits them. Available changes include bandwidth, traffic, memory and data disks. Multiple upgraded items generate separate invoices, each requiring individual payment. The server reboots when the change is applied. A renewal invoice already generated for the service must be paid before an upgrade or downgrade can proceed.
